This apartment has been renovated and is located on the ground floor of the house. It is quiet, outside Carvoeiro, right on the coast, offering you a unique view of the sea. Only a few minutes walk to the fine sandy beach of Vale Centianes. Also shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
The 70 m² apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed (80 x 180 cm). The spacious living room has a seating area with a large sofa and TV (satellite TV) and a dining room with seating for four. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment has a bathroom with bath, washing machine and toilet.
The apartment has its own, furnished terrace. Free parking is available.
Only about few minutes walk to the small but fine sandy beach of Vale Centianes. A long stone staircase leads down to the beach, which is also farmed. Within 100 meters you will find restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location

we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, the whole experience was effortless relaxation, which is what you want when you on holiday! the apartment is top notch, and includes everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. the cleaning and handover team are very helpful, and the owners are really lovely. there simply was nothing negative at all! the surrounding bars, beaches, old town etc are just where the owners said they are, we would recommend a day in the old town, and go there on the tourist train, its great for the kids! we can't wait to go back!

Er liep een prachtig wandelpad met zeezicht langs onze buurt. Verder was het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was een terras aan de achterkant met ligbedden en aan de voorkant een veranda. Hierdoor konden we op enig moment van de zon genieten.

Pros and cons

There are pluses and drawbacks to this property. On the positive side, it is located in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. It’s only a few yards from a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was clean and had everything I needed. There is parking close by as well. The host was reasonably responsive and helpful with the glitchy parts. It may not be as important to some as it is to me, but the apartment has little natural light. It’s also important to know that there is a row of homes between this apartment and the ocean, though there is a bit of a view of the ocean between the two homes in front of this apartment. The doors, locks and shower head are tricky/glitchy so ask for a tutorial upon arrival. It’s a bit dated as well. Be aware that the washing machine is not also a dryer. Lastly, there is a foul smell perpetually emanating from the bathroom which permeates the entire apartment. I know this is common, but I struggled with the smell.

Great views from terrace, very clean and comfortable and can thoroughly recommend as a great holiday location. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Also very friendly and helpful owner

great vacation

"I stayed here in August with my Fiance and I had a very memerable and relaxing holiday. The apartment is on the top floor and has fantastic views of the ocean. The apartment is very well appointed, it is very clean and has everything one could wish for in a holiday. It is also situated within walking distance of a beautiful beach and a nature reserve which we both found very fascinating. The golf courses near by are splendid. Well worth a visit. We will definitely be back there again next year".

A Good Place to Stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at Apartment Daniel; everything was as presented in the listing. In particular the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-maintained.  We had no problems in communicating with the owners who handled the booking efficiently and responded to any queries promptly. We were provided with a very comprehensive booklet which included details about the apartment, useful contacts/emergency contacts and information about Carvoeiro itself.  The apartment is a short journey from Faro airport (approximately 45 minutes) and is well situated for a pleasant walk, about 2 minutes, to the beaches.

Schöne Lage, sehr guter Service

Wir waren mit der Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse mit Panoramablick über das Meer. Es ist neu und sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Grosse, offene Küche , neue, saubere Bäder, zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer . Kurzer Fußweg zum Pool über den Bereich komplex. Parkplatz für unseren Mietwagen war kein Problem , geparkte Autos in der zentralen Parkplatz gegenüber der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da es von der Straße ist , dann haben Sie eine wunderbare Erholung . Aufgrund seiner Lage im Erdgeschoss und nicht isoliert, die Temperatur im Haus, auch wenn die Hitze noch erträglich ist , auch ohne Klimaanlage. Sie können zu Fuß zum Strand , ca. 150-200 Meter Abstieg und dem Ende einer kurzen Treppe. Der Strand ist schön, umgeben von Felsen. Natürlich war er spät und gefüllt , wie es Hauptsaison war . Es gibt ein Restaurant am Strand. Weitere Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind 200 Meter (oben). Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber vor Anreise war perfekt, ging alles gut . Sie schickte uns gute Wegbeschreibungen für die Anreise zum Flughafen , so trafen wir gut voran . Carvoeiro ist immer sehr beschäftigt, endlosen Restaurants und Geschäfte , und alles vor dem Hintergrund des großen Strandes des Dorfes. Wir würden auf jeden Fall empfehlen dieses apartmento immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location, fab apartment, lovely beach

What a fantastic holiday! This apartment was clean, sheek, modern and was situated in a great location central to the beach, shops and nightlife. The balcony has views of the ocean. It makes a pleasent area to relax by. This is a peaceful location, nice and quiet at night yet close enough to nice bars and resturants. We also enjoyed the 2 weeks we spent at the apartment as the modern kitchen was well equipt for us to self cater. It felt nice and homely and even had a DVD player to watch a film. Overall I thought the apartment and facilities were excellent. I would definatly reccomend staying here and I am planning tonreturn next year. Herbert Richter

Lovely apartment, great location

We really enjoyed our stay in your apartment. The location was perfect as it was just 3 minutes to walk to the beach or to the pool. The Carvoeiro Town was also just a 3 minutes by car. The apartment is located in Vale Centianes Beach, which is a lovely, quiet residential area and touristic. There are two excellent supermarkets very close by, as well as of shops. We really enjoyed the variety of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes from the apartment. As we explored the area we found some lovely restaurants with excellent food and friendly service. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. I enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings when the sun shone there. The apartment would be ideal for a family as everything was provided. We highly recommend this apartment for enjoying the area in and around Carvoeiro.
