Quaint Summer Cottage

Perfectly located 2 bedroom cottage, ( each with a new full size mattress) with all the comforts of home. Full futon in living room which makes sleeping 6 comfortable. Capt Jack's directly across street as well as Matunuck Oyster Bar a few more steps. State Beach is walking distance as well. Salt pond in back for your kayaking and water enjoyment. Outside shower is complete and private with hot and cold water. Large grill is provided for guests cooking needs on patio as well as table chairs and umbrella.

Great Location

This is a great location. The owner is very responsive and has great suggestions for places to go and activities in the area. Definitely rent kayaks and explore the salt pond. The place is also very clean and has everything you need.
