About this property

New beautiful home just steps from the Narrow River.

Our home just underwent a complete remodel a few years ago down the the studs. Everything inside is brand new. The house is located about 200 feet from the narrow river, within sight from the upstairs bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and the third with two double beds. Narrow river kayak rental is located about 100 yards away. We have two young children so the house is extremely child friendly. The backyard is completely fenced in, and perfect for families, including outdoor shower and gas fire pit. There are also a pair of kayaks that tenants can feel free to use. Narragansett town beach and pier area are only 1.5 miles away.
