The Neighborhood:
Great location with easy access to skiing (Deer Valley and Park City Mountain are both 5 mins or less drive) and Main Street. The townhouse is on Daly Avenue, which is a continuation of the upper part of Main Street.

Getting Around:
Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. Ubers and Lyfts are also readily available. The Main Street Trolley is a 5-7 minute walk from the home.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site you booked on, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary at the site you booked at for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.
