This African villa with makuti roof is located in beautiful, well-kept, over 5000 m² of exotic gardens (coconut palms, bananas, papayas, sugar cane, etc.). Absolute quiet location and yet not far from the most beautiful sandy beach Kenya has to offer. Restaurants and bars within 2 km. The house is rented with staff (night watchman, gardener, maid) and additionally secured by Group4 using a separate alarm system. On two levels there are 5 bedrooms with oversized beds, mosquito nets and fans. A large living area, a fully equipped new kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The house is fully furnished (drinks fridge, fridge / freezer, gas stove, washing machine, hi-fi system, flat screen TV, DVD recorder + 100 German language films, safe, etc.). On the covered all-round terrace you will find several seating u. Sleeping space in front, also a large dining table with chairs that can accommodate up to 10 people and an African Hollywood swing. In the pool area you will find enough pool loungers, umbrellas and seating, as well as an open charcoal grill for cozy barbecues. You can also request a cook on a daily basis - costs EUR 8.00 per day. Bed linen and bath towels are available in sufficient quantities.

Diani Beach is probably the most beautiful stretch of beach that Kenya has to offer. The beach on the Indian Ocean is gently sloping and protected by an offshore reef. The water temperature never drops below 25 degrees. Ideal for families with children. The coral reef invites you to snorkel and dive. You can get to the shops on foot or by Matatus (public minibus - runs constantly from the main road about 10 minutes away) or by taxi and rental car - but a vehicle (administrator) is also available on the property for a small fee. A taxi can be ordered on site by our administrator at any time. Costs EUR 5.00 for the entire Diani Beach Road (i.e. all shopping centers, banks, bars etc. Restaurants, as well as beach sections).

Should you have an afternoon or Want to spend a cozy evening watching films, you have a flat screen TV, DVD recorder and 100 German-language films at your disposal. Simply request the film folder from our administrator. But books and magazines are also available in the house.

The Villa Palms with pool is located in a 5000 sqm tropical garden just a 12 minute walk to the fine sandy beach of Diani Beach and is in an absolutely quiet location. In front of the beach is a coral reef.

We would be happy to organize the transfer from / to the airport for you - price approx. EUR 40.00 per trip and vehicle. If you are interested in an unforgettable yet affordable safari, we will let you know the reputable providers on site. If you do not want to drive the rental car yourself, we will be happy to arrange a driver for the duration of your stay. This brings / picks you up from the surrounding area at any time of the day or night. Price by agreement. You can also request a cook on a daily basis (directly on site) - cost per day EU 8.00. Taxi costs EUR 5.00 for the entire beach area.
