On Lake Oconee 4 Bed 5 Bath Villa Inside the Cuscowilla with Large Terrace Level
Upgraded and renovated in 2024! Tuscan-inspired, waterfront Villa # 417 at Lake Oconee in the Cuscowilla Golf and Lake community. Located on Lake Oconee with assigned boat slip directly behind the villa. Conveniently located between Atlanta and Augusta. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. This is the ONLY Lodge Villa rental with a large Terrace level, with 1500 sq ft of entertainment space and direct access to the lake and dock. Reserved boat slip directly behind villa included.

****Please note that Cuscowilla is a private club and as of now, access is NOT available to any of the Cuscowilla facilities for rental guests. This includes pool, golf, tennis courts, etc. The primary renter must be 30 years or older to book this property ***
All rental pricing from Memorial day weekend through Thanksgiving weekend INCLUDES the Terrace level. Other holiday weekends, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve and Masters week will require adding the terrace level. Rates for these holidays INCLUDE the terrace level. Outside of this date range, the terrace level will be an additional cost.
This property provides a unique opportunity to support large groups. We are the ONLY rental villa that can provide a terrace level. The design allows you to gather in central areas or in smaller areas within the suites. You can enjoy the terrace level with over 1500 sq ft of indoor space with multiple sitting areas, pool table, 3 large TVs, surround sound media center and large kitchen with island. This area opens to a large protected patio with ceiling fans overlooking the lake. Please note that the Terrace Level of this unit is an additional cost of $250/night plus taxes and cleaning(non-summer).
This lodge villa is perfect for 2 families. Each floor has a bedroom with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with 2 queens and a twin for the kids. When you are ready, you can head down to the terrace level where everyone can meet and have direct access to the back area and lake.
The main level has 2 bedrooms and a family room with a full kitchen. This level has 3 flat screen TVs, with a large deck and sun room to relax. Each bedroom has a full bath with granite counter tops.
The upstairs level has 2 bedrooms with a family room and a beverage area. This level has 3 flat screen TVs. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. This level opens up with french doors to a large tiled covered patio with ceiling fans and a very nice view overlooking the lake. This is a wonderful place to kick back and relax.
You can rent a boat and dock it directly behind your unit! If you prefer to bring your own boat you can use the ramp at the nearby Marina and store your trailer for a small fee then navigate a short distance to your dock at the Villa!
Although we do support larger groups, guests must understand that this area is a residential community with full time owners. No outdoor parties will be allowed. Please refer to rental agreement for details.
Weekly rentals have a significant discount applied of around 20%. A weekly rental cannot start on a Saturday. Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum and must add the terrace level. 3 night minimum during June, July, August.
We want to make sure that we have great guests that stay with us, and we want to provide a great service. As part of this process, we strongly encourage that all guests have a 5-star VRBO guest rating.
Please carefully review Rental Agreement as Cuscowilla has some rules that must be followed.

We chose this Lodge Villa because it is in the perfect location within Cuscowilla; it is right in the middle of the gated community and directly overlooking the lake. Lake Oconee provides us with an area to escape from the fast paced Atlanta lifestyle. We go to Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee to relax.
What makes this property unique
At our Lodge Villa we can overlook the lake from any level and any room on property. All rooms have direct access to outside decks and patios that overlook the lake. We have a large grass area in back for the children to play, with docks directly behind the property. In addition, we provide the option for access to the Terrace level, which is a great place for entertaining.
