Beautiful, upscale, lakefront condo in private gated golf, tennis and recreational community of Cuscowilla on spectacular Lake Oconee. Perfect location for get away with friends or family. Golf course open to rental guests only during Masters Week or accompanied golf member.

Great retreat community for a couple or small family. Opportunities available to rent bikes, jet skis, boats and kayaks. Boat rental available nearby. Plenty of nearby 5 star restaurants within 15 min drive.

Condo built in 2010, has hardwood floors in living, dining and kitchen areas, stainless appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer. Master bedroom with beautiful lake view and outside access. Master bath with jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Two HD TV's with Wi-Fi access for streaming. Walk-out patio over looks the lake. King bed in Master bedroom, twin beds in 2nd bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Historic Eatonton, Greensboro and Madison are minutes away for shopping and sight seeing. Many excellent restaurants, shopping, movies, and retail stores in the area. Ritz Carlton in nearby Reynolds Plantation with spa facilities and outstanding dining options.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return in the future. The home is comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The owner was especially kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even more enjoyable.As a small suggestion, the property could benefit from a bit of updating. Some items are showing typical signs of wear, and the twin mattresses are starting to sag and may need replacing. We also noticed some mold in the shower that could use attention. These were relatively minor issues and did not detract from our overall experience, but addressing them would make the home feel even more inviting.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the opportunity to spend time in such a welcoming space. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed a quiet few days at this great condo. The lake views are peaceful and so is waking up to bird songs each morning.Recommend eating dinner at Table at the Lake; it was excellent.

Loved our stay there. The condo was right on the water, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's in a gated waterfront & golf community with great area to walk, nice gym and pool. We'd definitely stay there again.
