Just to be clear to this guest, the deadbolt is there right above the keypad lock. There is a lock for the keypad and right above it is the deadbolt, maybe he was just a little confused and thought that was the door latch, but anyway the door is completely secure and we made sure that there was no problems with it, so not exactly sure what he saw was the issue. He never contacted us while he was here, if he would have we would have come over and checked things out right away, anyway Philip was a good guest.

We have maintained a 4.9 rating on this home for 5 years. We always try to meet our guests needs as our reviews show, but David was ridiculous! There was food left out in the sink which welcomes all the ants to come. David said the stove didn't work, but it works fine. He said the window would not lock, but I closed it and locked it in 2 seconds. What? He also stayed for 3 nights and on the third day texted us and said "everything was great" We have the text he wrote. So I don't know what to say about this guest but everyone else has given good ratings on our home. We try hard to please every guest, but this guy was incorrigible. Sad to say.
