This beautiful townhome features a spacious living area with many upgrades like 9' ceilings, crown molding, transom windows, HUGE flat-screen TV, and a queen sofa sleeper so that you'll sleep 6 comfortably. You have a dining table seating for 4 and a breakfast bar for 3 additional guests. The contemporary open-ended L-shaped kitchen allows everyone to participate in culinary magic! Upgraded custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and every convenience from coffee maker to blender are included. There is also a half bath conveniently located on this level and a washer & dryer.

Your Master suite overlooks the Gulf with private deck access so you'll wake up to the sound of the waves hitting the beach. This suite features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite Master Bath with a tub shower combination and double vanities. The Guest Bedroom also has a queen bed, plenty of windows to let in our Florida sunshine, and its own private en suite bath.
