This two Bedroom in a restored turn of the century home is on the second floor. Originally owner occupied, it has been upgraded and well kept. Huge deck with lovely views of the cathedral. Full kitchen. Hardwoods and original woodwork throughout.

This apartment is located near Manito park, Spokane's official city park, with lovely walks, coffeshops, and restaurants, nearby.

2 bedrooms - one with king bed and one with a queen, as well as a full size couch, a twin mattress, and pop-up single sleeper ottoman allow the whole family to sleep comfortably

TV comes with bluray player and many movies, as well as Roku streaming including Netflix, YouTubeTV, and many others.

Fully stocked updated mid-century kitchen is perfect for breakfast and making yourself at home.

Apartment has 2 AC Units for the hot months

Communication was great with owners. We had some issues the first day and worked through them. The location was GREAT. The refrigerator/freezer did not work. The wall heaters were tough to figure out, but the owners had portable heaters which made a big difference.

Great older house! Super location!

Second time staying here. Love the big deck and the large rooms. The location is perfect for adventures on the South Hill. Looking forward to staying here again. Don’t miss the Little Euro cafe just across the street. Excellent place for breakfast or lunch. Extremely happy with our stay!

It served the purpose of a place to sleep and shower while my husband was in the hospital. The fridge/freezer however was not working properly. Our ice cream melted overnight in the freezer and our milk soured in the fridge in the time we were there.

Great location in a really cute neighborhood. A little confusing to find at first because it is down a short alleyway behind other houses. A little hiccup with the plumbing while we were there, but the host was accommodating.

Apartment was clean and in a good Location. We appreciated the designated parking space and excellent driving directions provided by the host. This is an old house but decorated nicely and had what we needed for the weekend. There are about 15 steps to get to the door as this is an upstairs apartment.

Peter Purchased this property in 2002 and lived in one of the apartments and rented out the others, slowly restoring all the property.

In 2013 Peter married Sarah and the next year they had their first baby, Piper and quickly were outgrowing their place. With baby #2, Riley, they have moved out of their place and are now happy to have it as a place for guests to stay. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did!

Why they chose this property

This is an amazing place to stay. If has a wonderful deck as well as a picture window with a nice view of the cathedral and neighborhood trees. The cozy bedrooms have queen beds with plenty of room to stretch out.

The kitchen is upgraded with quality appliances as well as a washer and dryer in the pantry.

Its a quiet spot, with off street parking and great places to walk. Restaurants, drinks, and snacks are just a few feet away

Also has 48" TV with bluray player and netflix. Redbox is across the street
