Brandace, Wow. Really sorry to hear about your experience. We solve issues regarding cleaning deficiencies with service, and not money as you expected. We have very high cleaning standards and they should be met every week. If not, we have cleaning teams available to rectify anything right away. Terry advised you of this, but you wanted a refund instead. We reject the notion of the bedding being unclean as it changed for each guest. The pool was indeed heated, but what you did not mention is that it was cloudy and rained every day during your stay. We regret it rained every day and the day time temperature never got above 65 degrees. To be clear for future guests, the pool is only going to heat to the nighttime low temperature. It is not a hot tub. If it is rainy and cold the pool heat will not perform more than 3 degrees more than the air temperature as the heat obviously radiates out. We do have the pool service company come to the property 2 times each week, and that is what happened here. The hose was present because the pool water had evaporated because it was being heated. We regret you had a poor experience, but we stand by our cleaning standards and pool service vendors. Your review is not what others have experienced with this property.

Tammy, Thank you for your compliments on our communication. We regret you were unable to get your car parked at the town's beach access areas. There is limited parking at these areas - especially on a holiday weekend when you arrived (Memorial Day). The weather was great that week and the beach access areas were filled that weekend. That is not the norm as this town has public parking at the beach access areas which are approximately 1/4 mile apart throughout the town. We hope you come back again and give the OBX another try.

Mitch, Thanks for your review. We've since fixed the issue with the television, and we did get the icemaker squared away after your departure. Please be sure to let us know next time during your stay so we can correct these issues sooner. Pool heat is always an option, but there is a fee for the cost of the fuel to heat the pool. Sorry you were disappointed, but we appreciate the feedback.
