I HAVE ANOTHER UNIT IN THE SAME BUILDING VRBO # 859099 that also sleeps 6 so if you have a large group it's in the same location with free covered parking for all vehicles and convenient to all. It's the same exact layout as this condo.

Small but cozy, very clean. Well-suited for our stay as we only used the property to make breakfast and sleep. Most of our stay was spent on Broadway, just a short Uber ride away! Recommend to anyone looking for a clean & comfortable place to stay close to Broadway. In the right weather, it is walking distance, but it was chilly during our stay, so we took Uber everywhere.

Great place to stay if you’re looking to be close to downtown! Cheap uber rides too. Beds are very comfortable and the apartment is decorated so cute with a Nashville theme. Kim is very quickly to respond to text or call if you have questions. She has also equipped the apartment with anything you would need for your stay. We stayed three nights and never had to purchase anything for our stay for four ladies.

Excellent place to stay while visiting Nashville. Kim provided everything we needed for our stay. Uber is a short inexpensive ride to Broadway so even though we had a car it was so much easier to use Uber. Read the book Kim provides, it has so much info on Nashville.

The condo was just as pictured! And so well appointed. Had everything we needed and then some! The beds were comfortable and the decor was perfect! It really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect as well, It was an easy walk to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again when we make it back out to Nashville.

Great view from the balcony. Loved watching the river traffic and the wildlife. The place was very peaceful. Close to Broadway. Within walking distance but we chose to get a rideshare. Average cost before tip was 7 each way. Would stay here again.

Kim is THE most gracious host!!! Beautiful flowers and champagne for our daughter’s 40th Birthday Celebration. The location is perfect, not far from all the fun yet so peaceful…the balcony overlooking the river is amazing (my personal favorite!!!) My husband in good conscience would not give her a 5 star review, because she deserves 6 stars! (He loved all the notes for clear instructions and guidance!!!) We will be back!

Amazing 50th b day

It was my sisters 50th the condo was so clean and beautiful, Kim was outstanding , easy to contact and even after my brain got the check out day wrong she was a huge help in letting us stay another day. We will definitely being booking again.

I have lived in Nashville most of my life and purchased this condo because of the perfect downtown location. Incredible views of the river! Walk to Broadway/Honky Tonks/Stadiums. I personally love the calming movement of the Cumberland River. I love any lake or river experience. Stunning breath taking views! Coffee on the deck is a must. Take a walk on the greenway right out the front door. It goes all around downtown! TOPGOLF just opened & it's awesome!
