Relax in this luxurious and updated 5 bedroom Palm Springs vacation home! The highlight of this residence is the usable backyard which boasts a heated pool, hot tub and gathering space for large groups. Not to mention the upscale kitchen which allows you to feel "right at home" with modern stainless steel appliances. Imagine the possibilities. The spacious layout of this home makes it ideal for gatherings of family and friends.
The new owners have recently put upgrades in place, including new 80'' and 55'' tv's, hybrid mattresses and outdoor furniture. If you need to work while enjoying this home, there is even a new 27" monitor, desk and office chair to make sure you are comfortable.

The mid-century ranch style home is located in the desirable, upscale Deepwell neighborhood. It is minutes from the eclectic, yet historical town of Palm Springs. Downtown has a diverse assortment of restaurants, spas and other attractions. Many movie stars have and do call this area home. Walkable to the South Lykken Trail for hikes or the Tahquitz River Trail for a run makes this home location ideal.

If you are traveling with kids, you can't miss the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway or Living Desert Zoo & Gardens. For a more romantic trip, drive up to Desert Hot Springs or indulge at Two Bunch Palms Spa. As you can see, the options in the desert are endless.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Michael was incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful with instructions or anything else that we needed during our stay. This property had an abundance of everything from BBQ grill tools, several pots/pans, seasonings, linens, and towels on top of being very spacious. Highly recommend

A Great Stay For Coachella

The house was amazing and very close to downtown Palm Springs. The check in process was super smooth and the house was fully stocked with toiletries, linens, and kitchen necessities. I would absolutely book this house again!

6 adults 3 kids and a toddler and the house worked perfectly for all of us! Very comfortable home with kid friendly furnishings. Beautiful large pool and hot tub too! Great location….short drive to downtown, shopping, and main roads for adventures further away. Would definitely stay here again.

Michael greeted us on arrival with a thorough walk through in such a welcoming and friendly manner. (beautiful stargazer lilies perfuming the dining room).Our family of 8 (2years to 76 years) agreed it was the most well-equiped and best maintained property we have vacationed in as a group.The kitchen especially was well supplied with cookware, dishware and appliances (and laundry) that were top of the line.Eight minutes to the airport, grocery store and conveniences no more than 10 minutes from the house.We would absolutely stay in this property again and would recommend it to all those considering it.

Beautiful large house ideal for families

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed this property. The large pool and hot tub were constantly in use. The house is perfectly set up for a family or friends getaway with multiple bedrooms spaced out for privacy and solitude. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner and property manager were also great to deal with and responded promptly to emails and texts. Highly recommend.

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids had a very happy Thanksgiving at this house! Great layout for groups with plenty of space for everyone, nice big pool and hot tub, comfortable bedrooms and a nice open kitchen/dining plan. Fantastic location very close to downtown as well as hiking trails, grocery stores, etc. Michael was very responsive and had great tips about local sights and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again!

The house worked out perfect for our large party of 10. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The backyard was amazing! Beautiful pool and covered area with lots of privacy. Really nice location, just a short 4 minute drive to the “downtown” area of PS. The house was also very well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare meals. Thank you!!

Beautiful and best equipped house ever

I"m impressed at how well this house was equipped for us. It was truly a resort. The furnishings and especially the beds were very stylish and comfortable. The spa was delightful, the BBQ was clean and ready for us. We availed ourselves of the toys in the closet too. There were plenty of kitchen serving and cooking pieces, spices, containers, baggies...the owners really provided everything we needed. lovvacatcarefree relaxing vacation.

Amazing house in the perfect location - great for a large group vacation!

Overall this house was amazing! We had 3 families with a total of 4 kids under 4 and everyone had a blast. The outdoor space is great and the house is stocked with everything we needed. The rooms are all good size but you might find yourself fighting over the insanely huge and awesome master suite! The location is also great - close to parks, groceries and downtown Palm Springs so going out for lunch and dinner was a breeze. If we're back in Palm Springs, we'd definitely stay here again!

Great place for a big family!

The house was perfect for our big family. We had 9 adults and 3 kids and were totally fine. The pool and jacuzzie were wonderful and the kitchen was well equipped and large. The house was a little beat up though. The carpet has some stains and there was a bit of a musty smell in the back by the bedrooms, but nothing too bad. Overall we were very happy with the property.

Amazing home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, beautiful home. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips, and the home was well stocked with towels, cookware, spices, etc. The backyard was another highlight with a lovely pool with plenty of pool toys, not to mention the ping pong table. We all agreed that this is our favorite home that we have stayed in Palm Springs over the past 5 years. Keith was super helpful as well. A 5 star experience!

Well-located gem!

This home is close to the airport, downtown, hiking, hotels and restaurants. It’s spacious, making it wonderful for married couples (what we had) or groups. The home was very clean, all amenities in working condition, and plenty of towels for the pool/spa! As one reviewer mentions, water feature can’t be running when spa is heated, so a little clearer instructions to this end would be great. We had a wonderful time and would certainly come back!

Family Retreat

Just a great home for a Family Retreat!! The Owners were so available for any questions. We decided the day we arrived that we did want the pool heated and instantly they are heating the pool for us. The accommodations were great for our family with the 5 bedrooms. Absolutely NO shortage of towels or linens, the linen closet was so well stocked. Our kids LOVED the toys and games and us adults spent quite a few hours playing Scrabble on a delightful board. Very easy to stay here again.:).

The house is huge and the layout worked well for the 8 of us. The pool and spa were well used, as was the ping pong table. The pool heat went out ? due to a windy winter storm. The manager and owner were easy to reach and they got the problem fixed so we had the heated pool for end of our stay.

Great Place for Families

This property truly exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice once you arrive. This is a huge house which gave everyone plenty of room. No one ever felt crowed here. We had multiple kids in our group and between the pool, the table tennis, and the 80" TV, there was plenty to keep them occupied which allowed us to relax and catch up with family. One detail that I loved was the fact that the house was fully stocked with all the random items and utensils you need. We brought many items that we did not need to as it was already at the house. Finally, the 2 thermostats in the house worked great and helped us in the 115-degree weather. We will definitely be back.

Crazy Experience

All I can say is the house fell apart on us. The spa didn't work the first day, the fridge stopped working and raw sewage exploded out of the main bedroom shower drain. Attempts were made to remedy the situation but unfortunately we had to leave early from our trip. The property has potential but it has severe issues. The owners did compensate us partially for the inconvenience and money lost on food and groceries. I have never experienced anything like this. Hopefully the owner fixes the problem(s) before they rent it out to someone else.

Does perfection exist? In this house it does!

The house is MUCH larger than the photos give credit for. The entire property is so well maintained and clean. A group of 9 adults stayed for our trip and we all had plenty of space for group activities and time to mingle in smaller groups. This is one of the first places we have stayed in that I would really say has everything you need in terms of the details. The kitchen is so well stocked, there are extra blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels. There were enough pool towels for our entire group which is awesome. We wanted for nothing! We did not have children with us but there is a lot of extra stuff for them as well (pool toys, play pen, children/toddler plates and utensils, etc). However, as a group of adults we never felt like it was a space designed around children which we loved. It's a pretty easy walk to downtown (depending on the heat!) and the guide they provided is so nice ( please follow their recommendation for Koffi in town, it's delightful!). This place is a steal!

This rental was a great spot for a small family reunion we had recently (7 adults, 2 children). It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in downtown Palm Springs. Plenty of room in the house and bedrooms…nice pool and jacuzzi in the back with nice ping pong table and pool toys. All the appointments in the interior of the home are freshly done in modern motif (kitchen, bathrooms, everything looks to have been remodeled fairly recently). Place is stacked with everything you need in the kitchen in terms of all utensils, pots/pans, garbage bags, appliances etc…have never seen a place stocked so well. They have a fair amount of baby gear and the like in one of the closets. Owners were very responsive to advance questions we had and addressed some comments we saw in prior reviews. Property managers were local and available to us by phone on our arrival though we didn’t need to contact them at all as EVERYTHING WORKS!!! Would not hesitate to stay there again. One thing to note is that this location as all in Palm Springs is under strict noise ordinances and outdoor music is not allowed. We had no problems managing it but for that reason this would not be a great location for a RAGER of sorts…though we had plenty of fun in the pool and weren’t exactly quiet…but there were zero issues.
