Phoenix Terrace is a 3 story townhouse at the front of a complex. Spread across three levels including outdoor decks and a courtyard there is ample space for the whole family.
Centrally located in a quiet street, fall asleep at night listening to the ocean just a stones throw away. Located in walking distance to Main Beach, cafe's, shops, pubs, clubs and supermarkets.
The first floor comprising of one bedroom with bathroom, the second floor having two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with seperate toilet, then to complete the property the top floor has a large open plan living with a full kitchen and toilet for convenience of not having to go back downstairs.
