This clean and comfortable home is located in Windwood Bay community, Davenport FL 33896, a popular district about 7 miles to Disney area, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando, about 27 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO), about 16 miles to Orange County Convention Center. It's only 1.5 mile to Champions Gate golf.

Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated 3500 square foot large vacation home. It features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. With a huge living area, fully equipped kitchen, only a mile to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib and highchair ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West coast.

This home is ideally situated in the popular district of Windwood Bay -Davenport, an area of secluded luxury privately owned villas. Windwood Bay is the perfect spot. It is right next to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by forests or a 10 minutes drive will take you to the busy 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the delightful Champions Gate Golf Course 1.5 miles away ( two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Using the pool without heating is included.
Optional Pool/Spa heating, $35 per night plus taxes for the entire stay. No partial stay.
Optional Grill rental, $65 per stay. Guest fills propane as needed.
All options need to be booked before arrival.

A starter of complimentary toilet paper and small bar soap are provided for your initial convenience. Renters are then responsible for providing all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.

Nice House in a Great Location.

This house is comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The owner was attentive and maintained contact with us. Furniture is in good condition. Water pressure is good and we had plenty of hot water. The house is on a very quiet street but apparently has several vacation rental homes. The pool is nice and the lanai is in good shape. There are many popular restaurants and stores near by.

Great value, very spacious for our group of 6 adults. House was clean and host communicated throughout our stay as needed. The location on Vrbo's map is incorrect but the host did clarify this with us before booking, and the correct location is given in the description. Description of what is provided is very accurate.

Family fun

We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious property, plenty of room even for our large group of 15!Quiet neighborhood, good location. We paid the extra for heating the pool, and it was well worth it. Pool area very nice and the kids were swimming where we were "home", adults enjoyed the hot tub alot too.The house is not brand new but we didn't expect that at such a great price for such a big place. Everything worked as it should, and we never ran out of hot water, even with so many taking showers!Very child friendly, with a crib, two pack-n-plays, a high chair, and strollers.Michelle was very responsive to any questions or requests that came up.If our family comes back to Orlando, we will definitely be back- thanks for a great experience Michelle.

Villa for Vacation

The property is large with 7 Bedrooms and 5 Baths, plus all the other rooms for entertaining, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub with the lovely patio was a special place we all enjoyed hanging out at. The pool could have been hotter and the hot tub, but as was explained this is a big property to send heated water around. We enjoyed the homey atmosphere to entertane our grandchildren & 2 of our adult children. Enjoyed by all in our party. No one wanted to return home.

One amazing detail!

Last couple years we’ve stayed in other homes in the area which had a gate house and check in, if you catch those at the wrong time, it’s a nightmare! I loved I could drive to the house with no stress!

Nice place to stay

It was a real nice place. The tv in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. I bought batteries for the remote but still didn’t Which happens. When we arrived they were still cleaning the house which is fine with me. At least we know it was cleaned. Everytime I contacted Michelle she was so fast to reply. Quite neighborhood. The only thing which is out of the property hands was there were cops look for the neighbor across the street. Bit over all we felt really safe and had a great time thank you so much

Neglect of a beautiful home.

there are many things that needed to be repaired railings lamps lights the pots and pans were something you would have if you're going camping can opener was even broken it's just all these things detracted from what we came to do which was to worship God it's such a beautiful place it just needs attention thank you

The floors needed moped railing that wends to second floor was loose no kitchen utensils their were termites and roaches the furniture was bad when you sat down at the kitchen table it was not Stable the beds were not Comfortable their mold in the master bedroom shower their was no cover over the Light over the deck

Not as advertised

Upon arrival, grass was not cut. That was just a beginning. The curtains where dirty, pool was stained and looked unclean, sheets and blankets were old, carpet looked old and dingy. Furniture were old and scratched up. Paint was old not smooth. Floor had crash. Towels were ok and dingy. Shower head in master bathroom was dirty and didn’t flow well. All bathtubs were clean but looked dirty. The main POC was very kind though! She was very responsive and seem sweet however it seems the house has not been kept up. If this house will be used for Vrbo it needed major upgrades.

Falling apart, moldy, and deceiving

When we first booked, we were only going to be approximately 20 minutes away from our destination. We had elected to add on a heated pool and grill add-on options but the owner insisted that we had to pay them through one method, which we were not able to do it kept saying we could not add them as a contact. It took over a month for us to receive a secondary motive payment so we could pay for these add-ons. A couple of weeks before our trip. We get a message that the owners have decided to sell the home and it needs repairs and they are moving our rental to another property located an additional 20 minutes away from our venue. We didn’t really have a choice as there was only a couple of weeks left upon arriving we found parts of the ceiling hanging, mold in the bathrooms, flickering lights, and damage throughout the walls, which well was minor. There was a lot of it. the house had an odd smell as well. We reached out to the owners who sent maintenance over and told us just to take pictures of the damage during our stay. There was no cleaning products, and no trash bags. This is my first time using VRBO and honestly after this experience, I probably will stick with other methods. When I choose to rent a home, I am expecting an experience like I am staying in my own home. While grocery shopping as expected, I shouldn’t have to buy cleaning products for their house. Very up-and-down experience with the owner and super disgusted with the place that we lived in for three days.
