Fun with friends

Met up with a friend for a couple days. Great location to stay. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The porch was wonderful to sit on and chat in the evenings. Jane was welcoming and so kind. She had thought of everything anyone would need for a stay there. Beautiful home and property.

Unwind & De-stress

extremely clean,well cared for.very quiet as well as convenient to heart of town.we felt totally relaxed,safe as the location is ideal.Jane put a lot of forethought into whats needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.i can't imagine staying anywhere else when we are visiting the area.we will definitely be back again.

After 32 years in Midtown Manhattan as a fashion executive, I relocated to Georgetown to create Bleubird. A thoughtfully designed space inspired by art, wellness, and beautiful surroundings.

With a background in Pilates, yoga and art, I’ve always been passionate about creating environments that feel both calming and inspiring. Bleubird reflects that vision, blending comfort, design, and a sense of retreat.

I’m nearby if needed and always happy to assist with anything that enhances your stay, while ensuring guests enjoy a private, seamless, and uninterrupted experience throughout their visit.

You may occasionally see our friendly, non-shedding labradoodle on the property.

One of my favorite parts of living in Georgetown is how easy it is to move between town and quiet countryside. You can walk into historic downtown for a good dinner, a glass of wine, or a bit of shopping, then be back at Bleubird in minutes where it’s calm, open, and peaceful.

Evenings are simple here, sunsets over the farmland, the air cools, and everything slows down. It’s an easy rhythm that never gets old, and one I think guests feel right away.
