The entrance to the beautiful and largest ski area of the Zillertal and Pinzgau, the Zillertal Arena, is right next to the small residential complex at 1700 m. The recreational value is very large because the residential complex is very quiet and each apartment has a separate entrance (no stairwell). The apartment includes an underground parking space and an outdoor parking space. The apartment is an oasis of wellbeing in which up to 6 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day of skiing, you can make yourself comfortable at the tiled stove or in the in-house sauna. The fully furnished apartment has cable TV and parquet floors with underfloor heating that can be individually adjusted.
