Our house is located on quiet 26th Street...Walk out the front door to the beach path that takes you directly to the beach...When you come home there is an outdoor shower waiting to rinse and wash...Huge sofa in living room (you might just want to sleep on it it's so comfy) Kitchen complete with granite countertops. Keurig coffee maker. Need to bring work along? There is a desk nook in the kitchen area so you can stay connected to home...Perfect place for your laptop.

As advertised

The house was perfect for our group and just as described in the listing. Brandi kindly arranged a ride from the airport to the dock upon our arrival. The caretaker and his wife met us at the SW dock and took our luggage to the house. They did the same on our departure day. I forgot my cellphone at the house and didn’t realize it until we were on the ferry heading to the airport to catch our flight home. I borrowed a phone to call the caretaker, they fetched my phone from the house, and sent it over on another ferry. They went above and beyond to help me out. We rented a golf cart from them for the week . We also rented a boat from them one day. I would recommend this house to any of my friends or family.

A Hidden Gem

Stayed in the cottage for 10 days. It's in a wonderful location. You can walk or ride a golf cart to the beach in 5 minutes. The grocery store and restaurants are all within minutes. The beach is gorgeous and at low tide, you can walk out on the beautiful sand for over 100 yards. We rented a golf cart for our entire stay which was awesome. We also rented a Boston Whaler from Johnny for 7 days and caught a lot of fish and snorkeled. The water and coral reefs are breathtaking. The cottage is tastefully decorated with a huge kitchen. If you enjoy cooking your meals, there is ample cookware for anything you might prepare. There are plenty of coconut trees in the yard and enjoyed drinking the coconut juice with a little rum and pineapple juice. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone. Spanish Wells is a very safe place. I would have no problem with my children walking back and forth from the beach alone. My only regret is that I did not stay longer!

Great modern house in paradise!

We had a fabulous stay over Independence Day week and really can’t say enough good things about the house. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay great. The shower really is worth mentioning- it’s a rarity to have such an amazing one in a rental house on the island! The internet worked well and consistently when it didn’t at the other houses where our friends were staying nearby. Overall this is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in and I’d definitely stay again!

3:23 clean, comfortable, good location!

This is a really nice property and well-equipped for people with children or two couples. The large, well-appointed kitchen/dining area is much appreciated. Sometimes in rentals you see a lot of bedrooms but a very cramped kitchen and living space, and this home has a very open, spacious feel yet plenty of sleeping spaces and nice sized bathrooms as well. Just a short buggy ride or walk down the sand path to the best part of north beach!

Since then it has become our home away from home...We go back and forth from the Florida Keys...We are island people and this place is just our vibe. Laid back lifestyle...Friendly people...and the beauty of God's creation.

After renting different homes around the island for several years, we knew we needed one to call our own....We purchased our property in 2014 and built in 2015. Our local builder did an amazing job....His work is top quality...
