I loved this place. The location overlooking the pool was my favorite. It was a perfect place for coffee and reading a book. The condo was comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better Property Manager. He was always helpful and responded quickly. I will be back.

I live in Glenn Dale MD, and after months of searching and looking at many Costa Rica properties, I found this one and knew immediately that this was the one. Although, I have just purchased this property, I have already met several persons who either live there on a permanent basis or are repeat visitors. All have said that this property is great. I am sure that you will not be disappointed with this property. I pride myself in being an excellent Owner/property manager and will provide outstanding services. I have also put together an excellent service/property management team in Jaco Beach that will be at your call 24 hours 7 days a week.

Why they chose this property

After retirement I stayed in Jaco for a month and found that the area and people were perfect for me. I returned to Jaco several more times stayed at hotels but hated not having the comforts of home while on vacation. Jaco offered a lot of outdoor activities including fishing, RTV riding, waterfall and other eco-tours.

What makes this property unique

The condo is in a gated community and a short walk to the beach, shopping, bars, restaurants and to the center of town. The condo also has a wonderful view of a beautiful pool off of a huge balcony that has access off of each living room and each bedroom.
