House with 4 bedrooms and 1 suite, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, games room, barbecue, equipped kitchen. Heaters in the rooms.
It is located in the neighborhood of Descansópolis, in the path of the garden, 10 minutes from the center of Capivari.
Property of 20. 000 m2, woods of araucaria and Portuguese chestnut trees, flowers, squirrels and birds. At the bottom of the property there is a creek and a small waterfall. Lots of fresh air and tranquility.
