About this property

Duplex apartment in condominium with 2 suites and the best view of Campos

Apartment in gated community located at the top of the Elephant Hill (height of the cable car). We have full view of Capivari and surrounding neighborhoods. Low-end duplex apartment with high standard of decoration, accommodation for up to 7 people. On the first floor we have large living room with gas fireplace, 58 'TV, full kitchen with all utensils, toilet, and on our balcony we have barbecue, table / chairs and bench to enjoy the view. Upstairs we have 2 suites both with large closets, TVs, high spring mattresses, and lush views of the valley.
