Stroll to everything in Cotton Tree – Beach, River, Restaurants, Boutiques, Take away, Doctor, Chemist, Bottle shop, Butcher, Food store, library and Surf Club, Bowls Club – everything you will need while on holidays. Visit trendy Ocean Street or shop at the Plaza – with over 200 specialty shops, cinemas and restaurants.

There’s plenty to see and do on the Sunshine Coast. Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, Sea Life Mooloolaba, Aussie World, the Ginger Factory, Bli Bli or Coolum Aqua park, Strike and Holy Moly Maroochydore, Noosa National Park, Buderim Waterfall, The Big Pineapple, Maleny Bird Sanctuary, Bellingham Maze and the Maroochydore Botanical Gardens.

As far as markets go there are plenty on, on the Sunshine Coast. Local markets are held every Sunday at Fisherman’s Road and Cotton Tree and the famous Eumundi markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays. There is also a Kawana farmers market held on Saturdays and Caloundra twilight markets held on Friday evenings.

Sunshine Coast airport is about a 15 minute drive and Brisbane airport approximately an hour away. There are regular bus services to both airports.

- As our apartments are not serviced we recommend you bring some essentials including: toilet paper, soap, washing powder, salt/pepper, tea and coffee.

*Linen required (if you bring your own) - sheets, bath towels, tea towel, bath mat.
*Linen hire includes your sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, tea towel and bath mat. The linen is delivered to your unit and you are required to make up your own bed.

Cotton Tree

Unit was in a great location, less than 100m from the beach, nice & quiet, safe, and close to everything (main street, maroochydore, alex headland). Unit itself was a good size for one person, good kitchen space, nice bathroom & lovely balcony. Lounges were not comfortable. Also no eves over the windows made the apartment very humid & hot as I had to close the windows all the time due to the rain entering the unit. Norm Martin Real Estate were extremely helpful & communicated frequently with myself when needed. Thanks again for saving me when I locked myself out at 4:30 in the morning! I would have preferred to have been provided with two sets of keys on arrival to mitigate this issue, however this was not a huge deal. One letdown was no wifi which would have been great being a uni student. Overall, very enjoyable experience, I enjoyed my stay very much and would rent this unit again.

location great to beach & cotton tree shops older unit < price good value for money .

WE would stay there again , as we only stayed in unit at night its not a 5 star resort but is clean & tidy great location . Only negative is they could update lounge .

Handy location

This place was very handy to shops and cafes. The only problem was the garage had a panel across the top which did not move and so due to the height restriction we had to park on the road. On sundays with the markets was impossible to find a car park. The unit was also very hot with not aircon

Christmas holidays

The location and beaches were incredible, had fun in the very clean pool. But the unit was small, which is usually not a problem, if the furniture wasn’t so dated and uncomfortable that all of us (28-55yr) struggled with back pain and restlessness. Additionally there was no WIFI and on those rainy days it would’ve been great. Overall, ok, quiet clean, distance to beach perfect, own car park, but uncomfortable, and in need of an upgrade.
