Excellent location right near beach, comfortable and excellent value for money.Spacious apartment and comfottable bed and lounge.Linen rental was easy.Cons included:Semi permanent generator opposite for stormwater cleaning in Aug '25 during work hours.One roll of toilet paper only.Bring your own salt pepper, etc.No shelf/food storage as it is better suited to take away or dining out :)Still, a good stay for the week.

This unit is spacious, very well equipped and in a great location. It was immaculately clean. First time it was a bit tricky to find as no number on the block and no main entrance. I did not have a car. Gate is locked at times but access is fine via the car entrance. I highly recommend

Cotton Tree unit

Our grandson was playing sport and we needed a unit to accommodate grandparents, one parent and a child - this unit suited well. Located across the road from the beach allowed beach time after sport. Unit was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and close to take away, coffee shops and surf club. We had to collect and drop off keys outside hours and this process was very easy. Thanks to Sharon.

This unit was so hot. There was no air conditioning...the one fan in the living area was inadequate to say the least. It was very uncomfortable. The general cleanliness and upkeep was just OK...
