We have converted the second-story office to a single spacious suite, a downtown pied a terre. You have the detached building ALL TO YOURSELF. Bozeman registration STR20-00361 What we sought in our office - privacy, quiet, high ceilings, plenty of windows and light, walking distance to downtown restaurants, entertainment and shopping all translate to amenities for our guests. You are just a two-minute walk to all the excitement, food, shopping, bars, entertainment, parks, library that Downtown Bozeman has to offer. You have the building to yourself with designated off-street parking just steps from your door. On the ground floor the garage bays are storage for our long-term tenants in the front house and are separated from the bedroom suite. We include free use of a Level 2 fast charger (48 amp)

Coming for a snazzy event? We provide both iron, ironing board and clothes steamer.
The suite sleeps four..with a King Bed and TWO twin beds. The full-sized twin beds are the twin daybed with a roll-out twin bed beneath it. When fully deployed, it's more of a slumber party than a suite. Check the pictures.

At the ground floor entry there's ample, secure storage space for skis, wet boots, bikes, kayaks, stuffed penguins and anything else you'd rather not leave in your car.

You share a lawn space with the front house where we have long term renters in two units. Lawn chairs and table available to enjoy the night air or listen to Music on Main without the crowds.

This was the perfect location. Walking distance to downtown and a quick drive to local hiking spot. The place was amazing and the host is so easy and great to work with. Can’t wait to stay again!

A great place to stay in the historic downtown area.

This property is within walking distance to all Main Street activities, and a short distance to Museum of the Rockies. The room is beautiful with a wonderfully comfy bed! Ken is attentive to details for travelers' needs from distant places.

Great location

Cool little place one block from downtown Bozeman shopping and dining. Clean, comfortable worked great for me and my 17-year-old son‘s visit. 10 min from Montana State campus. Kent was easy to work with - responded quickly to a text when I had a question.

Great spot

Honestly, the air conditioner is a little small, but we were there during a very warm time. It would be nice to start it up before the guest arrive. We had a great time. The host was outstanding.

Great downtown location with spacious property

We loved Kent's little place and it is actually more spacious than the photos show. Very clean, lots of windows and natural light. One block off of Main street and good coffee is nearby. Bed was huge, but a little too soft (memory foam) for our tastes. Very nice!

Perfect little suite & fantastic location

We will 100% be back the next time we are in Bozeman! The attention to every detail was very nice and made us feel right at home. Its private, and only a block from Main Street! Bed was comfy. Perfect for two people or a small family, as its just one large open space. Appreciated the filtered water, stocked kuerig, fridge, ice, candy! Also the 365 windows are beautiful. Thank you!

Super convenient!

We stayed in this little apartment over New Year's Eve & New Year's Day for some ski time. This apartment is located between some great ski areas. For the evening, the apartment's location was convenient for walking downtown for a bite to eat. We had our 2 adult children with us and there was plenty of room. We could hear lots of fireworks and bar traffic walking home on New Year's Eve. If you want a quiet place, then this isn't it because of the downtown traffic and neighbors coming in & out early & late. But, we had 2 comfortable nights. There is not much room for any kind of sit down meals, so plan on eating out & planning ahead as the downtown eating is crowded on the weekend. We would stay here again because of how cozy we were! Overall, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of being together as a family.

Great Location!

This property is an ideal location close to downtown Bozeman. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was bright, airy, clean, and very comfortable. Kent was easy to communicate with via text message and e-mail. Our flight was late getting into town, so he left a light on for us. The keypad lock enabled us to get in without having to disturb anyone at 1:00 am. The only negative was the parking space location behind the house. You have to be confortable backing up for a significant distance between two houses to get out. There is a plethora of restaurants and shops in downtown Bozeman. Kent had a map of these which would be a good reference for anyone not familiar with Bozeman. We used to live here, so we hit some of our favorite places that we would recommend, MacKenzie River Pizza, Nova Cafe', Co-op Downtown, and the Montana Ale Works. Heebs is a small grocery store close by to pick up snack/light meal items for the mini-kitchen. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Great location within walking distance to Main Street. The studio worked well as a parent helping my MSU student get re-settled for another school year. Easy and timely communication with Kent, the owner. The property is as described.

Wonderful Spot Close to Downtown

This upper apartment was a diamond in the rough. A block from downtown where restaurants and shopping are, 10 minute drive tohiking the Gallitin National Forest. The apartment was equipped with all what one would need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Bozeman.

Quirky adorable suite

This quirky little suite was a perfect location to experience downtown Bozeman. My only issue was not having a stove. However, we wandered to a nearby Coop for a few basics and thoroughly enjoyed the huge selection of local restaurants. Parking is a premium in this neighborhood so cherish that spot out back. I should also mention the wonderful bed....I. will miss that bed terribly. The locals were extremely friendly.... we had a great time.

Linda and I are retired from our 45 year-long careers in outdoor education and adventure travel. 1975-1985 specialized in outdoor education. 1985-91 developed adventure travel in Baja California (whale watching, sea kayaking, natural history) 1984- present ran adventure travel in China, Tibet, Argentina, Mongolia, Uruguay, the 'Stans (horseback travel, cultural travel). Looking forward to traveling WITHOUT clients and enjoying the reason we chose a career in challenging travel.. meeting people and understanding cultures. Interests are music, food, equestrian culture, rafting.. figuring out how things work. Serendipity and authenticity in travel are far more attractive and memorable.

Comfort, convenience, and (not) costly. For a single, a couple, or a family of four the Suite is the perfect basecamp for your adventures in Bozeman and Yellowstone. Quieter than downtown hotels, more spacious than hotel suites, walkable to ALL of downtown Bozeman's food and fun. Dedicated off-street parking (a must in the busy downtown scene). Who needs a kitchen when you have a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and are a few steps from a tempting array of food options from fine dining to great take out. The Downtown Suite is where you can unpack your bikes, skis, and other toys securely and kick back between adventures.

What makes this property unique

The space is twice as large as a downtown hotel suite but has the added attraction of private off-street parking, less noise than accommodations right on Main Street. You share the building with no one.
There is no kitchen proper, no range. Instead, you have a small fridge, coffee and tea makings, microwave. Walk to a dozen locations for all kinds of food or order take out.. Who wants to cook when you are on vacation?
