Luxury apartment on the 2nd floor, under the shade of Acropolis. On the famous road of MAKRIGIANI street, opposite of Acropolis museum and metro ACROPOLIS station. The ideal place to stay in Athens, having every major attraction becide you. You can almost "touch" Acropolis from the rooftop!

The house is in an apartment building, just opposite of the Acropolis museum and all the main historical sites of Athens are in a walking distance. Through Plaka you may be at syntagma square or monastiraki square within 15 minute walk. The region is the hot spot of Athens. Very colorful with all kinds of restaurants, cafes, bistro all around. Is one of the most secure areas in Athens.

Communication with the clients:
We are available for our guests 24h/day to help them have a nice stay, helping with anything that they may need. Upon request we can arrange transfer for any destination with a taxi, mini van, rental car, boat, cruise or mini airplane.

Perfect Location

You couldn't ask for a better location. Apartment was small but tidy and had everything we needed and then some. The only drawback was that there really are no views and as seniors the furniture in living room is very low to the ground as are the beds in the second bedroom which is great for kids. The larger bedroom king bed was super comfortable. This place is steps away from the Metro and the Acropolis as well as excellent restaurants. The owner was super about getting back to us anytime I asked a question.

Perfect Location

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Apartment was nice for a couple day stay. Washing machine came in handy. The rooftop view is as pictured however it is not a place you can sit and relax. Mariana was very responsive.

The property is well located ( close to Acropoli Metro station), modern, very comfortable and quiet. On the roof terrace, there is a fantastic view of the Acropolis.

Amazing location very cosy nicely decorated apartment

Lovely apartment with brilliant location so close to akropolis, metro & plaka. Only thing was pics make it seem can view acropolis from apartment when this is actually only from rooftop which is a stunning view but not yet set up with seating.

The location was AMAZING. We only had a day and a half in Athens and we got everything we wanted to do within walking distance. Museum, acropolis, shopping, food. The apartment was great. Surprisingly quiet for everything just downstairs. The host had done small touches to the apartment to make it feel homely and comfortable like different firmness of pillows. The ONLY problem was check in. Although I think it was a problem with the platform “Experian” because I got other notifications from other bookings and I know the hostess books all the time as well but for some reason I wasn’t getting ANY messages from them. So it made checkin difficult because we didn’t have any codes. We did call and spoke to (we assume) the grandmother and she was getting frustrated with us because we weren’t getting messages (she’s absolutely terrifying btw hahaha don’t piss her off lol) and we worked it out and got in. Overall perfect location. We were very satisfied.

Location location wow!

The apartment was lovely and well equipped with all the conveniences we needed - shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, milk, juice, wine, etc. the apartment was modern and very clean. We were 3 adults and were comfortable even though the living space and kitchen were quite small. I think typical of a city apartment. The location could not be better! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance or a short metro ride. Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay on our Athens trip. It is right in the food district with so many options to eat. Stepping out into the street you can see the Parthenon which is beautiful at night. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 5.

The perfect place for our Athens stay. The host is amazing and helpful. The place was clean and big enough for our family of 5. The location is amazing with so many food options you wouldn’t believe it. Walking the street outside the apartment you can view the Parthenon which is beautiful at night. Highly recommended.

Beautiful stay in Athen’s near the Acropolis!!!

We had an incredible stay at this amazing place! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and shown around the beautifully decorated apartment. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the Acropolis entrance which was amazing. The location is amongst many amazing restaurant and cafes with easy access to all main attraction points in the area. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds. The host was super responsive and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Athens!

Apartment Near Acropolis

Property is across from the Acropolis Museum. Nice apartment and great view of the Parthenon from the roof. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Great place to stay to enjoy Athens.

Convenient and Safe

I booked this property for 2 nights while I explored Athens with friends. I wanted something near the Acropolis, quiet at night, and safe for women. It checked all three boxes. My only complaint is the view of the Acropolis shown on the listing is a bit optimistic. It’s only visible from a rooftop (not the apartment) that just had a rickety table and chairs.

Great location, apartment as advertised

This would be the ideal apartment for a couple visiting Athens for 2-3 days. Great location across from the Acropolis museum, very safe, friendly neighbours; you literally step outside and are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of shops and restaurants, yet it is quiet at night. We did not meet Antonia, but self check-in was smooth and she checked in via message frequently in case we needed anything. We were 3 adults staying for a week and, in that context, there were some minor drawbacks. The biggest is that the hot water heater requires 20 minutes to heat and then automatically turned off, meaning that it was impossible for 3 people to get a hot shower in any reasonable amount of time. The apartment is as advertised - but small and not furnished in a way that really allows one to hang out (the couch is a futon). The kitchen area is very well equipped (including snacks which were an amazing touch) but there was no storage (the closets were filled with bedding and towels) so we ended up living out of suitcases. The rooftop has a great view but the apartment itself has no view and does not benefit from sun exposure. All minor items which I always appreciate knowing so am putting here, but not ones that detract overall from a pretty good place.

Antonia's place is well-located, near tourist sites, but also very quiet. It was very clean, exactly as advertised and Antonia was a great host. She left us snacks and other tidbits. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t ask for more-home away from home

Where to start? Antonia has created a place that feels like home. The location can’t be beat, just steps from the Acropolis and nestled among some very nice restaurants. We tried God’s. Well appointed apartment in great location!

We really enjoyed this apartment located right across Makrigianni street fro the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis Metro station. The location was great, plenty of shops and walking distance from many of the attractions and restaurants near Acropolis hill. The apartment was well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and a few grocery items in the refrigerator for us. Our host, Antonia promptly responded to any questions we had we had and offered to assist us with any of our needs. The apartment was clean and comfortable, which for us was all we really need. Bedding was comfortable and linens were satisfactory. We had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to stay at this location again in the future.
