Best of Mauna Lani! Clean, Spacious Resort Townhome, Pool/Beach Club!

This wonderful townhouse will help you make your Hawaiian vacation dreams come true! Beautifully decorated and well appointed you will find all of the comforts of home in this amazing tropical setting. The luxurious master suite will not disappoint with a king bed, private lanai, sitting room, and spacious five piece master bath. The second bedroom also offers wonderful privacy with it's own en suite bath. The beds in the second bedroom can be set up as a king or two twins, you pick! The main floor has a well designed open concept living/dining space with a large, fully stocked kitchen complete with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The ground floor lanai is a wonderful place for outdoor living with a Viking grill and sink with it's own food prep space.

It is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse with a garage and only minutes from TWO white sand beaches (walkable and drivable) and a black sand beach! It can sleep 6 comfortably. Shopping, golf, tennis, restaurants, and more are within our resort community of Mauna Lani.

Beach Club Access to All of Our Guests!! We leave our access card for our guests to use during your stay- private gated parking, free cabana/beach chair use. Amazing beach for relaxing, snorkeling, and water recreation!

Mauna Lani is located north of Kona on the west side of the Big Island. It has an abundance of sunshine and prevailing trade winds. Our vacation home is within Mauna Lani in a gated development called The Fairways. It has a beautiful resort style pool with hot tub and peaceful waterfalls. The beach club that all of our guests have access to is easily accessible by bike or car and provides beach chairs and cabanas so you can thoroughly relax in your tropical paradise. Both beaches are great for kids and you can snorkel right from the beach (we have beach toys and snorkel equipment at the home you are welcome to use). You can also dine at the beach front restaurant or schedule a multitude of water recreation activities at the beach club.

This home was perfect for our stay. We had access to the Mauna Lani beach club and it was an easy trip to several other great beaches in the area. We really appreciated all of the gear that was available to us including snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler. We had everything we needed for a great time everywhere we went.

We spent over 3 weeks in this great townhouse and loved it! The location is perfect, close to the pool area but far enough to where you don't hear all the action. The unit has everything you could need for a great vacation. And having access to the Beach Club is a fantastic bonus! We hope to return next year!

Great Complex, Great Condo!

The location of this condo within the Fairways was perfect - close to the pool yet far enough away so we couldn't hear any noise. The kitchen was well equipped (they even had travel mugs and water bottles!), which we appreciated since we didn't eat out too much. Great to have access to the beach club when we didn't want to venture too far (and the food and the ambiance at the Napua restaurant there is good too).

Great location and property!

We enjoyed access to the beach club and all the beach toys very much. The water was calm and perfect for our 5 and 9-year-olds. They boogie boarded, snorkeled and built sand castles. It was also nice to have access to cabanas, bathrooms and the restaurant. The kitchen was great for us to have stocked up at Costco on arrival. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was as shown and even better. We had absolutely everything we needed and the condo was immaculate. Mary and Alan were responsive and easy to work with in booking and checking in. The overall complex was beautiful and well kept. We spent a lot of time at the pool and it too was great! We hope to return soon.

Comfortable Fairways Townhouse

We have been vacationing at the Fairways complex for 10 years and during that time have stayed at many different units. This one is attractively furnished with comfortable beds we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reason for a 4 star review is that the pale carpets where clean but rather stained.

Wonderful vacation rental in prime location

My family and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated with everything we could need to complete our stay. It was fully equipped to accommodate our 2 and 4 year olds with games and activities in addition to an ample selection of beach toys and accessories, which they really enjoyed. The location was superb for proximity to the beaches, shopping, and beautiful sunset strolls in the evenings. The owners allowed us to bring our pet which was an added bonus since we were going to be there for a full week and wanted to bring our dog along with us. Overall, really happy with our time here. Mahalo for allowing us to come and we hope to visit again sometime in the future.

Fabulous getaway!

This was our first time using VRBO, so we didn’t know to what to expect, but the overall experience was fantastic. The townhouse was spotless, nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need from beach towels to a waffle maker. With two teenagers, we really appreciated having two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. We took advantage of the beautiful pool in the complex, the Mauna Lani beach club, and several other nearby beaches. There’s a very nice grocery store nearby, so we bought groceries and ate breakfast and lunch at the townhouse, then went out to dinner each night (there are some excellent restaurants in the area). My husband and I also took a walk each morning and walked around the grounds of the Fairmont - highly recommend checking it out. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

A Little Slice of Aloha

This was our 2nd stay in the Mauna Lani area, but our first at ML Fairways. I must say that this townhome was our absolute favorite! The home was spotlessly clean on arrival -- Mary even granted us an early check-in bc our flight had been changed. It had all the amenities you need: kitchen appliances, beach items, even cruiser bikes were available for our use. The location was perfect: just close enough to the local market, and a short walk to the Fairmont coast walking path. Beach club access was a plus -- that's where we always do our intro snorkel to the area. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, looking at the lush landscape. The home was a short walk to the pool, but still private enough. We cooked a lot of our dinners, but there are a few local restaurants in the area. Mary was quick to respond to any of our questions. I highly recommend staying here :-)

Beautiful Townhome in

The townhome was nicely decorated and all appliances were top of the line and new. We cooked 2 meals and ate breakfasts at the home and everything we wanted was at our fingertips. The Fairways is a smaller cluster of homes within the larger Mauna Lani resort development. It had its own pool and fitness center within a short walk. Quiet setting off the beach, but the quick drive to the resort's beach club area had plenty of parking. It was fabulous that there was a reasonable grocery store/deli that was a quick drive within the resort to pick up items when we forgot something. Super convenient! The owners also had snorkles, flippers, bikes, beach umbrellas, carts and boogie boards to use - fabulous. It made our beach outting really fun!. The owners were fabulous in letting us do a later checkout for our late afternoon flight. Owners had compiled a helpful notebook on local places and ideas and tidbits. A wonderful place to stay with a family. Nice gracious hosts!

Cleaning your condo

Stay at this condo and you will not come back to Mauna Lani, Hawaii. We arrived early so the cleaning had not been finished they came the next morning and cleaned. After they left when I walked into the kitchen I was sticking to the floor I took a paper towel with hot water and wiped it. My paper towel was black, I took pictures .I cleaned the whole tile floor up. The washing machine & dryer work but need a really good cleaning. Sorry to be so picky but really was hoping not to have to clean before we could stay. Our Daughter & her family was in another unit that was much nicer than ours, at least cleaner. The carpets and furniture need a good cleaning, being a guest at your condo should not involve any cleaning in order to stay.

Wonderful Stay

Mary and Alan are great host and easy to communicate with. The townhouse is located in a gated very secure complex close to Mauna Lani Resort and Fairmont. Everything is stocked well and the market is nearby! Travel light... Just bring your beach clothing, your cameras and your Aloha spirit and $$$! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Fantastic Place!

This is a fabulous property! It's very close to the Fairmont and the great restaurants there. We very much enjoyed beach equipment available (beach chairs, umbrella, etc) and used the access to the Maunu Lani Beach Resort almost every day (incredible snorkeling!). We loved using the bikes to ride down to the Holoholokai Beach Park and watch the sunset. The place was very clean and better than the pictures. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Very attractive condo with beautiful views of gardens and trees. Short walk to lovely pool area. Quiet and peaceful spot conveniently located near beach club, Fairmont tennis courts (for a fee) and walking along the coast.
