Why they chose this property
I saw an opportunity to get a house at Villas Tulum ( new neighborhood build in 2002) in Tulum Quintana Roo when see and swim Playa Paraíso , I just loved it.
I was lucky to choose next to garden and in front of basket,soccer park , my boys enjoy it .
Living in Cancun city , I need to rent my house as year rental agreement for local people.
I've been lucky due every time my house vacate , rent inmediatly due location, safety zone , close to groceries store, gas station, dowtown, bank, Tulum ruins, Medcal Hospital,Restaurants and Bocapaila beach.
I was lucky to choose next to garden and in front of basket,soccer park , my boys enjoy it .
Living in Cancun city , I need to rent my house as year rental agreement for local people.
I've been lucky due every time my house vacate , rent inmediatly due location, safety zone , close to groceries store, gas station, dowtown, bank, Tulum ruins, Medcal Hospital,Restaurants and Bocapaila beach.

I love mi casita due during last 16 yrs , I 've been remodeling to become more comfortable .
My dream is when I became Senior move to live at Tulum .
