Welcome to 332 Yacht Club Drive in one of Fort Walton Beach's most desirable neighborhoods, Elliot Point. This single family home welcomes your family with luxury amenities including a 75 inch television in the living room, full kitchen, and high-speed wireless internet.



This home is convenient to everything the Emerald Coast has to offer. Ferry Park, with its Disc Golf, playgrounds, tennis courts and 1-mile fitness trail is close by (and free!). When you are ready for some white sand and surf, the beach is a 10 minute (sometimes longer during the busy season) drive (free access and parking). Ready for fine dining and nightlife? Downtown Fort Walton Beach is 5 minutes away and Destin is an easy 15 minute drive; both areas have many amazing dining and entertainment options. Here for a boat race? The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Club is near by. Want to eat and shop? Uptown station is very close. In the mood for some miniature golf? Goofy Golf is right up Eglin Parkway.



With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for up to 8 people. This single-level home features 3 bedrooms of which 2 have a queen bed and television. The master bedroom has a king bed, television and ensuite bathroom with shower. This layout allows for adults to be near the children, yet have privacy in the late hours. As a bonus, this property accepts pets for a fee of $150.



MILITARY: This house is close to Hurlburt and Eglin bases and accepts pets.



House Rules



Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age (military exempt). No smoking/no pets without authorization. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking inside of any kind.



This property sleeps 8 people!!! If we determine you have more than 8 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.



Parking: The driveway has room for four cars or a mix of cars, RV or boat. Please make sure any car is NOT hanging into the road. NO parking in the street (except for short duration; and NOT overnight). If you do not follow the parking rules, your vehicle is subject to towing (or being ticketed) at your expense!!

Check-out time: 10:00 am



Our properties come with freshly laundered linens and towels, a starter supply of dish soap (and dishwasher soap too), toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and facial tissues trash bags, hair dryers (this property has two), iron and ironing board; along with a welcome amenity kit of bathroom supplies.

Free Fun Program not valid for stays over 28 days. Program available March 1 - February 28 (or 29) ONLY!! One ticket per activity per day.

LONG TERM STAYS/SNOWBIRDS: If you plan to stay more than 30 days, you may be required to have a cleaning every 30 days by our cleaners. If required, the cleaning fee will be added to your booking for each 30 days of your stay after booking. Contact us for more information.



CANCELLATIONS: We will follow the cancel policy you were provided by the booking channel you used. Be sure to read your rental agreement for all of the cancellation terms. Please contact the website from which you made the booking to initiate a refund; or contact us directly.
