About this property

Downtown and Beach Adjacent Home in Neighborly Part of Town

Don't spend your time driving around looking for things to do! This house is a short drive or cheap Uber from downtown shopping, dining, bars and music, and the sugary beaches of Okaloosa Island! Skate park and rec center in this neighborhood as well! Park your boat in the large front yard if you like. The back yard is huge also, and great for supervised pets and kids. (There are a few weak spots in the fence so pets must be attended.) Coming soon, we will have a game room in the garage with a cool selfie mural! Check the photos to see if these updates are ready for your trip! Please note we do have a security camera on the front door. Please accurately report guest count and pets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash to the curb Monday night. Recycle to the curb Thursday night. Cans are on wheels. Roll down the driveway. Very easy.
Start the washing machine with sheets and towels. (Soap provided.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pick up after your dog. Help avoid flies in the house. Your security deposit may be affected if we have to do it for you.
No gathering outdoors after 9:30 pm. The rest of the neighbors are not on vacation. Quiet time after 10 pm.
No smoking on outdoor furniture cushions. Please use the chairs with no cushions while smoking. Cigarette burns will affect your security deposit.

We had a great stay at this property! Everything was clean and it was a perfect place for us to stay for spring break. We had a couple issues, but they were quickly dealt with by the owner. Just a few minutes drive to restaurants and grocery stores and the beach was also just a short drive away.
