Brand new hardwood floors throughout main first floor level. Newly renovated bathrooms and bedrooms. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, WiFi, A/C, and a beautiful stone fireplace with views that stretch for miles. Close to downtown Indian River. Enjoy happy hours on the double deck and play in the lake that is on a 100+ yard sandbar to make lasting summer memories.
