This gorgeous 4BR/3.5BA house sleeps up to 9—perfect for families - with a downstairs master suite, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has one queen bed, one bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, one bedroom has a built in twin bed and the fourth bedroom has three twin beds and one full size bed.

Enjoy the ocean breezes on the spectacular screened-in wrap around porch. Plenty of books, board games, puzzles, movies and video games.

Fully loaded kitchen includes everything you’ll need for quick bites to gourmet meals. There is a gas grill.

Open Living room includes gas fireplace and brand new 55" TV. The fully–private outdoor hot water beach shower is fantastic.

Equipped with two golf carts (6-person and 4-person), 2 adult bicycles and 3 youth size bikes. Washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, central air conditioning/heat.

Temporary memberships to BHI Club (golf, tennis, pool with water slide and splash ground, croquet, fitness center/classes, casual and formal restaurants) and Shoals Club (swim & beach club, pool, kiddie pool, bocce court, ping pong, fitness center, casual and formal restaurants) available for additional fee.

Perfect home for our girls weekend. The owner was fantastic with responding! I was immediately impressed with cleanliness (the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in). The home was comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out on the spacious screened in porch. I would definitely choose this property again! Thank you!!

A beautiful and well-furnished property, nestled among amazing live oaks and palmettos. Well located on Bald Head Island... located on a quiet street but only minutes from the beach, hiking trails, market, and restaurants. We used the bicycles and golf carts extensively, as they were in great shape. The kitchen was perfectly equipped (we prepared multiple meals there each day), and the family room and screened porch had plenty of comfortable chairs for relaxing, reading, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The property owner responded quickly to questions via text... check-in and check-out were a breeze. Overall, a fantastic property!

Lovely Home

We loved this home on Bald Head! The photos don’t do it justice. It's so cute and clean. It’s close to the Shoals Club so easy golf cart access to beach and pool. The owners are very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend!

Good fellowship!

The home and yard were perfect for our adult children and grandkids. We enjoyed the screen porch in the mornings and evenings and really spent very little time inside. The house is very pretty and well maintained. One of the carts (6 seater) doesn’t turn well, but we were glad to have 2 carts. We have been vacationing at Bald Head for 37 years as owners and renters. We liked this location because of its proximity to East Beach.

Another Great Stay at BHI

As grandparents, this property gives us more than we could ask for. A relaxed time to spend with our family. I’m not sure what else we could ask for.

Home away from home!

I live in ~ 1 hour from Bald Head Island but man did it feel like a world away. The house was great. It was clean, tidy, welcoming, laid back, great location, well stocked (books, coloring books, games, linens, etc...). My wife and I cannot find enough positive things to say about the house and BHI. The host was always very gracious and easily accessible. Thank you again for just a wonderful time!

Perfect House on a Perfect Island

What a fantastic house and great base to explore the island -- the house is well-kept, stylish, and very comfortable. Erinn is a great host...we have a young child, and Erinn proactively asked us about setting up bedding, leaving out toys, and generally making the house kid-friendly. If you've never been to BHI, you need to go! It's very secluded and natural, and a great respite from the real world.

This property was perfect for our group. We love the location in the woods. We could easily bike to East Beach. The house was well-equipped for cooking family meals. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch in the evenings. Erinn was quick and accommodating with communication. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect house for a Bald Head Island Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation (2 adults, 4 teens) to BHI. The house is even nicer than the pictures. The layout is great, there is a ton of outdoor space and privacy, and the bunk room for the kids was fantastic. Erinn was a great host, answered all of our questions, and left the house with everything we needed for an easy vacation. The location is great! A short walk or golf cart ride to East beach or the Shoals club.

Wonderful location and house!

We LOVED our week at Bald Head in this home! It was perfectly suited for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). The location is fantastic--getting to either east or south beach is an easy walk or short bike or cart ride. The large screened porch was a huge highlight for us. We've stayed all over the island over the course of 10 years, and this house was our favorite! We plan to come back.

Beautiful home! Great for our 2 families!! Bikes, games, wonderful kitchen and beautiful interiors.

We loved this home! We stayed on west beach last year and were glad to be so much closer to east beach this year. The home is beautiful and had tons of games for the kids. Would love to come back again!

We LOVE Bald Head Island - it has always been our happy place :) After many years of renting, we finally found the perfect place for us. We have four young children and we have found that the island has something for each of us!

What makes this property unique

The inside of our home is excellently decorated - it is peaceful, comfortable and beautiful. The outside is simply awesome. There is a huge screened in porch that allows you to catch ocean breezes and you can hear the sound of the waves from any room in the home :)
