Every bedroom suite has French doors that invite you out to the expansive wrap around balcony and gorgeous ocean views. The open concept kitchen, dining room and living room offers families the comfort of dining together. Kara Pan also offers their Carriage House which has one bedroom, one bath, living room and kitchen if you need a little extra space. Enjoy the privacy of your own heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts. You are in walking distance to many of Islamorada's boutiques, cafes, shops and galleries. The Art Walk is located minutes away within walking distance and is scheduled every third Thursday. Weekly rental rate: $14,500 and monthly rental rates available upon request. The Carriage House is $1000 added to the rate.

Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.
