This stylish, ski-in retreat features a cozy fireplace, upscale finishes, and direct access to resort amenities including heated pool, hot tubs, and fitness center. Walk to Main Street or unwind fireside after a day on the slopes or summer trails.
The space
This poolside retreat at Mountain Thunder Lodge blends alpine charm with modern luxury—just a short walk to Breck’s vibrant Main Street and steps from the BreckConnect Gondola. Whether you’re hiking wildflower trails, exploring local shops, or enjoying sunny afternoons poolside, this ski-in condo offers year-round appeal in an unbeatable location.
Inside, unwind with plush bedding, a cozy fireplace for cool mountain nights, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for casual meals or après-hike snacks. The expansive wrap-around deck offers the perfect perch for morning coffee or stargazing.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, as well as all shared building amenities, such as the fitness center, pool, hot tub, ski locker room, community BBQ grill, elevators, conference room, and reception area. Additionally, guests can enjoy the luxury amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including pools, spa, bowling, media room, and shuttle service.
Other things to note
As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Your stay includes access via electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided at check-in. A refundable security deposit to cover replacement fees will be collected through our secure verification partner before arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Further details will be provided during your reservation verification process.
Guests are also invited to enhance their stay with a curated selection of premium in-home services; including chef-prepared meals, wellness experiences, and private transportation; coordinated exclusively through our hospitality team. Additional information about available services will be shared after your reservation is confirmed.
