1st floor two bedroom apartment with sweeping views of Batemans Bay and the Clyde River from both bedrooms and living areas. Older style apartment within Rio Rita Caravan Park. Sleeps 5 people, additional bedding can be available upon request if required. Only 100 metres to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Main bedroom queen bed and second bedroom double bed bunk with single bed on top.
