The Audrey - Modern chic beach shack retreat

This tastefully renovated traditional coastal home is the perfect relaxing holiday destination for a couple or families and has all the commodities of home. Only a short 600m walk to family friendly Caseys Beach, and just a short drive to some of the most stunning beaches on the South Coast.

Relax and enjoy the stunning uninterrupted ocean views straight from the lounge room or better yet, take in the views while enjoying a cocktail and BBQ on the deck.

The kitchen is fitted out with all the modern necessities and stainless steel appliances to cook up a feast for the family.

Upstairs consists of a main bedroom with queen bed and ocean views and a second bedroom with a double bunk bed. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes making it a perfect destination for a family gateway.

A separate downstairs bedroom with a double bunk bed also with its own ensuite and tv/lounge area allows for privacy when travelling with other couples, or send the kids downstairs for their own little getaway. Large secured yard for the kids to run and play. Please note the downstairs area does not have internal access.

There is ample undercover parking for all guests on the property. You can even bring your boat along and have it securely parked undercover.

Two TVs, Dishwasher, BBQ, Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board, Stereo.

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED. You must supply your own bedwear and towels.

The host was very responsive. There is a lovely view of the ocean and therefore of sunrises. The backyard is not secure as per because the yard is not fully fenced. Part of the railing of the balcony is broken and therefore unsafe.

Great Location, great size

This was a perfect family sized location with a great view. It was stocked with plenty of utensils and cooking items so that we could cook anything we wanted for ourselves. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great location at the beach

Our family of 4 with 2 small children had a great stay at Batehaven. We were able to visit a number of the nearby beaches, and also appreciated being near the Batehaven shops and playground. The property was great and suited us well.

Great place in a great location

Absolutely loved our short holiday at this wonderful place. Booking and checkin process was smooth and communication from the owner was fantastic!The downstairs area didn’t get much use from us, but we thoroughly loved waking up in the morning to the beautiful ocean view before starting our day at the beach.The outdoor shower is a fantastic feature! We also loved the good selection of books, games, and movies!

If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the place. Clean, comfortable, everything you need to holiday with your family. The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfy and there is undercover parking. Morning coffee on the front deck is a delight, with wonderful views. So beautiful and very relaxing

We just came back from lovely Batehaven and our accommodation was just beautiful. Comvenient location, clean property and very peaceful. I will always remember the sound of the water while having a cup of tea at night! Ana our host was so wonderful to deal with and always prompt with answering my questions. Thankyou for a lovely stay. Great location and view

We had a lovely stay and the location is great with a view of the ocean and beautiful sunrise. The mattresses are also very comfortable. Only draw back was I didn't understand that the downstairs bedroom had no internal access to the rest of the house. It would be ideal if this is explained in the listing. As a result we did not utilise the downstairs room.

Overall the property was as per listing. The upstairs beds and lounge area were comfortable and the upstairs bathroom well appointed and clean. However the downstairs room was very musty and downstairs toilet walls were not completed so outside sheeting and wooden studs were exposed. Therefore our plan to utilise this area could not go ahead. Also because of existing food items in the pantry there was not enough room for our groceries and it smelt heavily of old spices such as curry.

Beautiful get away by the sea!

We had such a lovely getaway at The Audrey! Ana was so accomodating of us after our original accomodation fell through. We loved our stay and had everything we needed. The house is beautiful inside and the view is lovely from the lounge room, main bedroom and deck. We would love to come back!

Beautiful holiday house for a short break

The property is slightly old but the location is very convenient. Close to everywhere and the best part we really enjoyed was the view from the main bedroom upstairs. You literally just need to leave the blinds open to look at the breath taking sun raise.

Cosy and chic

The house is nice, short walk to the beach. Only thing to note was there was a lot of other people's stuff in the house, in particular the kitchen and bathroom (i.e. half bottle of wine, comb, face products, exfoliation puff etc) leaving little room for our things. Despite the above, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
