Private, one acre, waterfront property; rustic, quiet cabin with modern amenities on Lake Cobbosseecontee in Winthrop, Maine. One of Maines best fishing lakes. Perfect place to relax with friends and family.
Boat rentals available at the end of Lake Cobbsee.

3 bedrooms, one with a King bed and daybed w/trundle; one with a queen bed; and one with 2 sets of full-size bunkbeds.
Sleeps 10.

2 full baths and 1 half baths.

Spacious kitchen, large living room, reading nook, glassed in porch overlooking the lake. House is 30 feet from the lake with 300 feet of frontage.
Several picnic tables, 2 hammocks, a grill, fire pit, and plenty of lawn furniture for enjoying outside time together. 16’ straight-out dock with room for two boats.
2 sit on kayaks and 1 canoe available.

Although the property is quiet and secluded, it is conveniently located 10 minutes from Winthrop, and 15 minutes from Augusta and I-95. 1 hour to the Boothbay Harbor region and Portland.
Major airports in Portland (1 hour) and Bangor (1 1/2 hours). Regional Augusta Airport is only 15 minutes away.

Maine Cabin Masters HQ and store is 15 minutes away in nearby Manchester.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation here. The home is just as it’s pictured. The lake is clean and seeing and hearing the loons was just so Maine! We loved waking up and kayaking and enjoying each meal outside. The adults, kids and dogs enjoyed the stay and we hope to stay again.

The lake house is charming, comfortable, and private. As if hours fishing, kayaking and bird watching weren't enough, there are loads of interesting hiking trails nearby. Our stay was idyllic.
