Located in South Seas Tower 3, 18th floor, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, recently updated beachfront condo with balcony offers views of Marco Island's crescent beach. The kitchen boasts of granite countertops, to custom flooring, cabinets, and lighting. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, and ample comfortable seating for guests. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The master has a custom bathroom and huge walk-in closet.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."If vacationing with small children, owner has provided these things for your use.
