This charming condo is ideally located on the west edge of Vail Village, offering a prime spot between both Lionshead and Vail Village. Just a short walk to either village, or hop on the in-town bus with a stop right outside the complex. The cozy living room has a wood-burning fireplace and great views to the ski slopes. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area provides a spacious feel, with the dining room comfortably seating six. For added convenience, there’s a full-size washer and dryer, plus a building elevator for easy access to the 3rd floor. Within walking distance to Vail Hospital, Vail Mountain ski slopes, restaurants, shops and entertainment this condo is the perfect mountain getaway with everything you need just steps away.
FEATURES: Main bedroom has a Full bed, 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise. This is not really a problem in the winter.

Great Location

This location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to Vail and Lionshead Villages. The condo was comfy and had a view of the mountain. I would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay at this wonderful condo. It fit our family perfectly and had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Best location in Vail, we highly recommend!

Everything as advertised. Only recommendation for improvement would be the full size bed mattress in 2nd bedroom; seems in need of replacement .

Great location for walking to Vail Village. Convenient to elevator for loading/unloading. Clean, nice windows for fresh air and pleasant 2 bedrooms ! Difficult time finding the place at night. Directions were ok but the Scorpio driveway to the place is very hidden and unmarked. Finally found it and the code worked for the gate and condo, though.

Functional and Reasonable.

Reasonable condo next to he hospital stop on the in town shuttle. Plenty of room and comfortable. Great for a family trip. A couple of precautions - the kitchen has the essentials but that is about it. Also we did not find any humidifiers which are usually stocked in VRBOs. Lastly, the bed frame in the MBR is decorated with barbed wire (!) - I am leaving with a nice new rip in a pair of pants. Otherwise the condo is very functional and reasonably priced. Management was responsive fixing a hot water issue within hours. Would stay here again.

The images are much better than what what is really inside

The property is not as in the images. You must take note that there is not black out curtains in the rooms, so you will get up at 5:45am. In the images it ppears as the property has a terrace, but that is not a terrace, it is the hallwya of the rest of the apartments, so you will be seen by anyone who walks in it. I was not happy with the quality of the bed or linens, theyt are old (at least 30 years)

Reviewer Comments: The unit had sufficient space with clear instructions for what we needed, except for trash disposal. We could not find that easily.The mattresses in both bedrooms were old and not very comfortable. After a long day of skiing, a comfortable mattress is needed. I would not recommend the unit based on the mattresses. Everything else was fine.

It is centrally located between Vail village and Lionshead so we had lots of options for lifts and evening entertainment. The shuttle stops steps from the door to take you to either Gondola One or Eagle Bahn. If you don’t like to wait and willing to trek in ski boots it is a 10 minute walk to either.. It is a 10 minute walk from the transportation center. We had one car but it stayed parked the whole stay. Some of us took the Epic shuttle from the airport and it was easy to get to the condo with no car. The market is a quick walk for any supplies. We cooked all of our meals. The kitchen is equipped to do most cooking you would want to do. The mattress in one room is on the soft side if that matters to guests.

Ski week at Vail

We had a great stay. The location is excellent for access to both Lionshead and Bridge street. Second bedroom is a bit tight for two adults but doable. Only 3 coffee cups had one of us drinking from a cream pitcher but other than that kitchen was adequately stocked.

Great location for skiers

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, right in between lionshead and vail village. Walking distance to both, and access to the free shuttle if it’s too cold to walk. The shower head was great in both bathrooms and the fireplace was super cozy for the cold nights. Thank you for a great stay!

Really well-located for access to the Village of Vail and Lionshead. A little far to walk to lifts. Condo had everything we needed, with a 7 out of 10 on the furnishings and decor. Managment company was excellent.

Great stay, great location

I travel to Vail often for medical reasons. This was the first time we stayed at this location. It was perfect. It is easy to find but maps will direct you to the backside of the complex. Use the directions right on the app that the company suggests using. In the condo there is anything you might want to prepare meals. It was the most heavily stocked location I have ever stayed at and we've stayed at several. There aren't a lot of extras like ingredients but pots, pans, utensils, cooking tools, you name it. It's all there. It is not luxurious so if you're looking for that, you might want to stay somewhere else. There is a ramp to get to the level of the elevator. You will just need to look for it on the right side as your facing the building. You could get a wheelchair in to the condo and it would be fine in the main living room/kitchen, dining room area. We had one issue and contacted management immediately. They were in contact within 5 minutes and the issue was taken care of quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
