A converted garage offers a fantastic games room with a pool table and seating. Kitchen with microwave, family bathroom with bath. Laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning. BBQ facilities and outdoor setting. Fenced yard. Off street parking.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure     

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

Good location. Nice house however it was very dirty and needs a thorough deep clean. Thank fully it wasn’t hot during our stay as downstairs bedrooms aren’t air conditioned.

Fantastic holiday house for two families

Awesome two story house with two separate areas to watch TV or play. Beautiful balcony overlooking golf course along with good kitchen & two indoor eating areas as well as a table on balcony. 2 min walk to playground & water. 4 decent sized rooms & plenty of beds. We’ve stayed two years in a row and loved it.

2 x families sharing holiday house. Fantastic location as 1 min walk to playground & swimming in Coorong, fantastic views overlooking golfcourse & short drive to Goolwa beach. Great set up in the house to accommodate 10+ ppl.
