The house worked well for us while attending BMT graduation. The location was very central for everything we were doing (Lackland, River walk, and SAT). Definitely the best feature was the pool for us. It’s a nice size and perfect for cooling off. The host was great and quick to respond when we had any questions.

The property is clean and nicely decorated. The host provided us all the information for easy check in and check out. I would definitely rent it again especially it is only one street away from my mom’s house.

Great property. Kids loved the pool. The place was clean and communication was good with the host. They had a lot of good pool accessories for the kids to plan with in the pool. The turf in the backyard was hot in the sun but it did keep everything clean when going between the pool and the house.

Big disappointment. Unclean tub, previous renters dog poo, unsanitary. Air conditioner was struggling. Backyard is no grass, instead AstroTurf that was hotter than the concrete around the pool. For this price point, shame on Evolve and VRBO for allowing this place to be rented. Look elsewhere.

Our photos accurately highlight the synthetic turf around the pool, which is intentionally chosen to keep the pool area clean and free of natural debris. We take great pride in our home's cleanliness with thorough walk-throughs between every stay, and effective communication is key to a great visit. Our local team is always available to assist whenever guests reach out. Since no issues were mentioned at any point during your stay, we weren't given the opportunity to address them directly, though we had an A/C technician out right after departure to ensure everything remains in top working order. This was a great place to stay for my son’s Air Force BMT graduation. 15 mins from the base and plenty of room for a large family. The pool was nice to have and the grill was great to cook my airman a home cooked meal! The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with!
