We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Asheville. This was a great home for our 9 family/friends staying at the house. We had a cookout following graduation and there was ample room for the celebration in the house (about 25 people). This home is about 3 miles from UNC Asheville and is a quick drive to the River Arts District and downtown. Great location with a lot of room.
Me and a group of college friends stayed here for a lovely weekend. The property and house are quite charming and so much larger than it looks. Plenty of room for everyone. Also very close to downtown Asheville. Highly recommended
The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is much bigger than it seems from the listing. Great for a large group. The location was ideal and it was very clean. It was also very well stocked in terms of basics in the kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommend, we had a great trip!
This house has plenty of space and is very nice inside. Most importantly for us, it felt like it was away from things but was easy to get where we wanted. The river and a nice park was a short walk, and a coffee shop not too much further. Downtown Asheville was a short easy drive.
The owner was very responsive and helpful. She kindly warned us about the steep driveway in the back (although I’ve seen much worse) so us Floridians parked out front, which was a much easier drive.
The host misrepresented the property. I sent her an email with 15 of the most serious problems with the rental.

Unfortunately there were several items that affected the stay for the group.
The city decided to pave the road without proper notice to the neighborhood and this affected some access. It appears there were some user error issues with some of the door locks (door locks/use are addressed in the guest manual onsite). There were also some theft issues and small maintenance items that were not addressed and/or properly reported by our maintenance team. Unfortunately all of these issues were unknown to us and we were only notified of a missing coffee pot which was promptly replaced. We wish we had the opportunity to address all other maintenance items of concern.
The location just outside Asheville was perfect. Short easy drive yet removed from the busy hustle of Asheville. The house was roomy and comfortable which was great for our group of 6 ladies. The only real issue we had was that the stove didn't work. We reported that to the owner, but it wasn't addressed during our stay. Fortunately we only needed to warm up some breakfast food we brought and used the microwave and small toaster oven instead.
Great place for family and large groups. Plenty or rooms, bathrooms, and sitting rooms for togetherness and quiet time. Nice little touches like fresh flowers! Pantry stocked with plenty of basics if you are cooking. House was spotless and hosts were great.
We had a great time in Asheville! Close to downtown and easy to get an Uber/Lyft! We also loved how quiet the upstairs was. You couldn’t hear any of the activity downstairs so it would be great place for families!
Six forever, lady friends, stayed this weekend, and we had a blast. The house was super spacious and we all had our own sleeping space. Ubered to dinner downtown. Great time!!
We were very happy with our Vrbo rental. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The children & dog enjoyed the backyard and the adults appreciated the coffee! Very clean & plenty of towels!
We chose this house Tuesday at four our wedding party for our wedding weekend. It was perfect! Plenty of beds, plenty of parking and just an overall great experience!
We had a wonderful stay here! The location is fabulous & accommodations were just perfect - plenty of space and had everything we could possibly need! We’d come back in a heartbeat!
We were very satisfied with this house. There was plenty of room for 7 middle aged men to stay. It is a nice home.

Our stay
Our group of friends had a wonderful week. However there were many things about the property that we found dismaying. Overall the house was clean but I desperate need of attention. The garage is a total mess with a refrigerator full of very outdated food. It is clear that no one gives the property attention in regards to repairs, clean up, etc.
Great proximity to DT. House delivered what was advertised. Home owner responsive. Interior is in need of more lighting -
Home is dark. Overall great stay
We appreciated our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable family vacation. The house and neighborhood are great! We would definitely stay here again.
Very special home with plenty of room for a big group. It had all the amenities you
Could want and was a quick drive to many local attractions and breweries. Very good quality furnishings and rental!
