And yes... the pool, outside garden, barbecue... all the outdoor space seen in the pictures are for your private and exclusive use.
Very well located next to Praia Azul next to the main beaches of Santa Cruz, Torres Vedras.

We had an excellent stay at this villa! The pool was spotless, and the property was spacious -perfect for our group of seven. The host was always available when needed, and we really appreciated the privacy. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, with a lovely restaurant and café right by the water. There are plenty of great eateries within a 20-minute drive as well. Don’t miss Kumara -a quaint, zen-style shop full of beautiful artefacts, dream catchers and more. A beautiful place all around-highly recommended!

Great Holidays!

Very nice house with large comfortable rooms. The pool is great with a huge green lawn arround it. The fact that the owners live underneath is no problem at all - one is completly seperated with no interference at all. Great barbecue- very nice evenings on the balcony. Santa Cruz with its lovely beaches is very near… Communication and care by Liliana was excelent. Highly recommendable!! Thanks Jens and Family

Greate place to stay for those who want more space

The rooms of the apartment are very spacious. The rooms and the compound are clean and tidy. It is easy to observe sunrise and sunset from the balcony of the apartment. When the weather is good the waves of the blue Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils including a dishwasher. There is a large green grass field at the side of the swimming pool that can be used for outdoor games. The ideal apartment for those looking for an accommodation with a lot of space.

Geweldig huis met gastvrij ontvangst

Heerlijk verblijf in een zeer compleet en schone villa. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw (Liliana) Omgeving was mooi (stranden en baaien/kliffen) en supermarkt in de buurt. Wel soms wat uitgestorven omdat we in het naseizoen aanwezig waren. Huurauto is een must.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Silveira. Das Haus war ganz nah zum Strand und in den Ort konnte man auch schnell zum Einkaufen etc kommen. Wir haben von dort aus schöne Ausflüge gemacht (Mafra, Cabo de Roca, Sintra, Batalha, Tomar, Peniche, Nazare). Uns haben nur einige kleinere Sachen gestört, z.B. dass es nur 3 Liegen am Pool gab (an einem Haus, in dem bis zu 8 Leute unterkommen können). Wir hätten noch eine gemütliche Sitzecke schön gefunden, wenn man auf dem Balkon saß, hatte man die Kinder am Pool nicht im Blick. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes häufig dichten Nebel morgens und abends, so dass wir oft nicht draußen sitzen konnten. Aber da kann natürlich niemand etwas dafür und wir hatten da Pech. Ich glaube allerdings, dass es in dieser Gegend häufiger so ist.

La location correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Là maison est spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Le contact avec le logeur est facile et rapide (WhatsApp). L’espace piscine est super, avec une zone terrasse, une zone repas et un grand terrain d’herbe. La situation est également top, à proximité des plages, des restaurants et de plusieurs lieux d’intérêt. Seul tout petit bémol, la maison est un peu froide quand la météo n’est pas au top.

Rustige lichting en toch vlakbij veel interessante plekken.

Ruime luchtige woning, rustig gelegen, maar vlakbij Praia Azul en Santa Cruz. Lissabon en andere bezienswaardigheden vlot bereikbaar. Gemakkelijk parkeren, vlotte communicatie met eigenaars.

House & location great !

The house was in a great location , near a beach & only a stones throw from Santa Cruz if you wanted more bars , restaurants etc Despite the fact it is on one level above the owners parents it was completely private and you never felt over looked and had sole access to the pool etc Facilities good and property met expectation and would definitely revisit .

Tolles haus, toller Pool und unheimlich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin

Das haus hat alles, was man braucht…. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Pool ist super. Liliana hat uns im Vorfeld super unterstützt und alles war total einfach! Einzig die Betten könnten bequemer sein, aber das ist ja auch subjektiv. Wir haben uns für die Zeit Fahrräder geliehen und das nicht bereut!

Plenty of space - excellent propriety for families

Liliana and her brother were great hosts, replying promptly and helpful. The house is very spacious and with plenty of space for families and groups (we were 10 and stayed very comfortable). The garden with the large pool is perfect for the kids and house has all amenities for a really nice holidays. Location is perfect, being quietly located but close to the beach.
