The house is in a fabulous location with a great lay out for families! Kim was a wonderful host as she was easily reachable, super communicative, quick to respond and so kind! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!!
My family (8 adults and 2 babies) had a wonderful stay in Hyannis. The house had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We enjoyed the location and the backyard with a fire pit and yard games. The kitchen had all of the basics. We would love to stay again!
We had a lovely time in Hyannis and this house was a perfect fit for my family. There was plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen and also some nice outdoor space for playing in the yard and visiting. Would highly recommend!
Beautiful home with comfortable spaces for our family group of 3 couples and one teen. Location is terrific for walking to the harbor, Main Street, and the water.
Kim was a fabulous host: could not have been friendlier or more responsive.
We stayed at this beautiful home for our 4th of July trip this year and could not have pictured a more perfect house in a more perfect location! It was right in the center of Hyannis, walking distance to all the best places in the area and right next to the port. The beach pass the owners left for us made it even better!! We would love to stay here again in the future. Only thing we noticed was the curtains and floor boards in the downstairs living room had baby spiders throughout, but this was something we easily ignored and avoided, and it did not hinder our stay in any way. Simple fix too! 10/10 recommend to stay here!
This was a great setting for a family vacation. The house is conveniently located near several nice beaches, tennis courts, the charming town of Hyannis, loads of restaurants, and the Nantucket ferry. In fact, you really don’t need a car once you arrive. The house is spacious and has lots of common space for board games, puzzles, meals, or work. Outdoor space is perfect for meals, morning coffee, or cocktail hour. The kitchen is well equipped, and the host does a good job of stocking it with staples. We had a great week — even the weather cooperated!
Cute house in perfect location for our family of 10 — 8 adults and 2 infants. Walking distance to ferries (0.1 mi), beaches (0.5-1.0 mi), restaurants, and homemade Cape Cod Creamery (0.1 mi). The house came with 1 beach parking pass which made getting our beach gear to and from the beach a breeze, while others were able to easily walk. We also enjoyed a half day whale watching trip (approx. 15 min drive) which was enjoyable and scenic. The property host was a good communicator, and the keyless entry made the check in/out process easy. The house was not as clean as we expected from prior reviews, but the location made up for this as we spent most of our time exploring the area.
Great location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, sunset cruise/ferries, veterans beach. House is large with plenty of space to hang out with friends and family. House was not as clean as I would expect, especially for the price. Two bathrooms to share for four bedrooms is difficult but the sinks in the upstairs bedrooms helped. Needs more mirrors to get ready. Provided basic amenities. Host was very responsive.
What an amazing location with lots of great features. Plenty of space for large families and groups. View and feeling on the deck was magical while the walk to nearby Main St felt so easy at this location. 5 stars.
The house is near the harbor, but people and traffic did not bother us as the street is very quiet.
This house is bright and spacious. Seven adults all very comfortable. Beds seem to be new. Nice and firm, very comfortable. We enjoyed restaurants walking distance from the house. Beaches very accessible with parking pass.
We would be happy to return some time in the future.
Clean well appointed home steps away from the ferry to the islands. 3 minute drive to 2 excellent beaches and we were provided with a parking pass to make it easy. Good communication with the owner. Would recommend to folks w families
We stayed in Hyannis for a week for the first time and were pleasantly surprised at how this worked for three kids under 9 (including an infant). Walking distance to multiple beaches, great space for a family of five plus grandparents. We appreciated the quiet aspect of the location, but that it was also just around the corner from many things in town. Thank you!
What a beautiful spot! My family of five visited with my sister’s family of 3 and it was perfect—the layout was great for napping babies to have a quiet spot with plenty of room for others to move freely. Great eating spaces inside and out, kitchen was well-equipped, lots of natural light in the house, bedrooms comfortable. Location was perfect for us—plenty of ferry views and easy to walk over to see boats. We found the walk to the beach to be a little busy with little kids but it wasn’t too far and it was easy to park. Kim was extremely responsive. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!
The home was in great location to the port and to some restaurants, but a little far for walking to the beach with kids. Not too much of an issue as we just drove our vehicles. My only 2 complaints would be the yard could use a little upkeep and the room in the basement did not have AC. Aside from that, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for your stay and review. 1) There are two english gardens in yard. The prior owner was an avid gardener, we are still learning the plants. 2) You were aware the room in basement is not set up for used this season.
Loved everything about this property. The location couldnt be better. And the owner was very accommodating, accessible and offered useful information about the area. Thank you for your kindness!
