Private Casita, very cozy clean warm and inviting space. Spared no expense.

Bedroom has king bed with top-of-the-line plush bedding. Features a wall mounted swivel 65 inch smart TV.
Walking closet to hang your clothes and store your luggage.

Living room features new couch with pull out bed that has upgraded 5 inch memory foam mattress. Features wall mounted swivel 70” Roku smart TV.

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances fully loaded. With Reverse osmosis system for fresh clean water. Granite countertops with bar top area.

Property features playground for kids, barbecue area and hot tub for guest only. Please note hot tub is turned off from May 1st through August 31st.

Secured private gated parking area with remote control and/or keypad entry right out your front door.

Approval required for all pets and events prior to booking.

Great location close to highway access. Centrally located between Airport, 20 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor Airport and Mesa Gateway Airport. 5 miles from Banner MD Anderson Cancer Hospital. 9 Golf courses within 5 miles, 12 miles from saguaro lake, where you can enjoy Desert Belle Sightseeing Cruise on Saguaro Lake. 16 miles from the beautiful Canyon Lake. If you want to see a movie or go shopping you only have 4 miles to go. If you enjoy hiking there are 10+ hiking trails within 10 miles beginners to avid. Goldfield Ghost Town, 11 miles away. Spring training baseball stadium 9 miles away.

The "Cozy Casita" was very clean and comfortable. We have 2 dogs and they were welcomed by the host. Communication to and from the host was extremely easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this in mind for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay at Dixie’s casita. The space is thoughtfully designed with a beautiful bathroom and a high-end kitchen. The backyard is a true highlight; It is very pet-friendly; the yard is fully fenced and gated, which was perfect for our 8lb Yorkie, the outdoor seating is perfect for relaxing coffee in the morning. Between the safe, private neighborhood and the plush king bed, we slept soundly every night. Dixie is an amazing host—we’ll be back!

We loved the Cozy Casita! Our host Dixie was outstanding, so helpful and there if you need her. Perfect size for a pair of retirees! The casita was very clean. Orange tree in the yard, they were delicious! Will certainly stay again.

This is a great vrbo. Very clean and well appointed. Great yard. The only issue is that the hot tub was not working properly which was a bummer because it was the reason I chose this location. Owner was friendly and responsive. She did say she tried to fix it but was an unable to get it working.
