Casa de Crashboat is a relaxing and tranquil space that is 1/2 a mile from beautiful Crashboat beach. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it is an excellent vacation spot to leave your stress behind and unwind. Located only minutes from the airport (BQN), world class surfing, diving, numerous restaurants, golf courses, shops, grocery stores and great beaches, Casa de Crashboat is the ideal rental for your stay on the enchanting island.
The house is equipped with several amenities to make your stay comfortable. The backyard pool is private and only you and your guests may access it. It is the ideal spot to cool off on a sunny day, and it even has built -in barstools which make it comfortable to lounge in. The patio area that surrounds the pool is excellent for relaxing, as it has hammocks and hammock chairs so that you can enjoy the delightful ocean breezes. The house also offers a gas grill for your use by the pool. The table under the gazebo is a great location to eat dinner and enjoy the peaceful backyard after a fun day in the sun.
The house contains three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender. All bedrooms contain brightly colored linens and comfortable beds.
Laundry machines are provided for guest use and convenience. There are two off-street parking spots in the front of the house for guest use.
We have beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels and a cooler for our guests convenience to make trips to the beach more enjoyable.

Crashboat house central to shops, restaurants & the beach. House was Super clean & cozy, swimming pool was amazing. Washer & Dryer outside was very convenient. We had the best time!!

We really loved this house. From the start, it just felt comfortable and easy. The location was exactly what we were hoping for — close to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet enough to relax and unwind.The hosts were excellent. Communication was prompt and clear, and they were proactive. It was obvious they take pride in making sure their guests have a smooth, comfortable stay.The private pool was a big highlight for us. Having our own space to relax made the trip feel more personal and enjoyable. Great time!

Our first trip to Puerto Rico, beautiful place! We enjoyed the house, my daughter especially loved the cats everywhere! House was clean and communication was very prompt. Crash boat beach is just a short drive, the water is clear and can snorkel right off the pier. House was in a good location to visit Aquadilla downtown and Rincon.

Good Location

This house was in a good location and very close to crashboat which was nice to run to the beach real quick. The house was clean and the owners were quick to answer any concerns or questions. The pool was smaller than expected but it worked out fine for what we needed. We enjoyed the new outdoor patio furniture and BBQ. Would stay here again!

Crashboat house

We had a great dime at the crash boat beach house. It was just a hop and skip over to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and friendly. The house was clean and the pool was great. The atmosphere was great you’re surrounded by so many good beaches around there that this is my favorite place to go.

A delightful place to stay!

Our family loved staying here! Our girls loved the pool, and it gave them something to keep entertained with while my wife and I got dinner/packing things done without fighting. The house is well furnished, and met our needs, with mini-split A/C in each room.It took a little while to cool down the house when we first arrived, but after that, there were no issues. The house even has a generator, in the event of power outage.The keypad entry made things seamless, and it was nice that Internet/Roku was provided. The location is easy to get to, and well positioned to get to Crash Boat Beach, or other local areas very easily.The neighborhood is quiet, and we had no issues. Definitely recommend you or your family stay here!

Perfect little gem near the beach

This was the perfect place for my family and I. For those with little this is also a great choice with a pack n play. 3 bedrooms good sizes with all the little extras included. The backyard is a perfect little getaway. Centrally located and had AC that worked. Only thing worth mentioning is that we rented a very low riding car and the speed bumps on this street are killers! Even at a snails pace we scraped on the bottom. But don’t let that stop you. Just drive super slow and cross your fingers. Great house!!!

Leak

So the property is nice, however, there was leak coming from the AC that wouldn’t stop. Kinda ruined our trip because my husbands shoes and clothes got wet. There was also a leak coming from the back door. They seriously need to fix that. I felt like the host should have at least given me a free night.

This guest alerted me to the AC having a small drip down the wall, the night before they checked out. Trying to blackmail me for a free night is very apparent from the review. I did not give them a free night, so they have retaliated with a poor review. It was a very slight drip from the AC , and it was fixed the day after they checked out. We strive to create a good experience for all our guests, but unfortunately things do happen. We respond quickly to issues when they arise. In this case the guest indicated they would prefer for us to have it fixed after they checked out so we did not disturb them during their stay.

Directions/Dangerous

The directions to the the house was totally inaccurate as we spent over an hour looking for the house.It would have been nice if the air was put as the house was hot&stuffy.This is definitely not the house for Grandma as there isn’t any railing going into the house or into the pool.We found the floors dirty the bathrooms could have used some clean help.The screen door to the pool area needs a new handle.I could go however I think I have enough would not recommend this property.

We are surprised to read this review as we had no communication from this guest. If the guest would have called and indicated they had trouble with the directions, we could have quickly remedied this issue. We send every guest a pin directly to the house but we also include written instructions to make it easy to find the house. We have not had any complaints about cleanliness so this is definitely a surprise, and we also receive pictures from our cleaning staff after every cleaning. The pictures show the house to be very clean before this guests arrival. However, if they would have contacted us to alert us to an issue we would have sent the cleaners immediately over to fix the issue. The pictures of the house are accurate. The guest mentions no railing in the pool, however none is pictured. We hate that the guests were disappointed in the house and we are disappointed that they did not contact us, or we could have immediately fixed several of the complaints. We strive to provide a five star experience to our guests and we are disappointed that the lack of communication from this guest gave us no opportunity to remedy their issues.

The house was clean, the kitchen and BBQ were well equipped, and the a/c was working well. The pool was small and great for cooling off. The clothesline came in handy and the location was great for going to beaches or Gozlandia Falls.
