Experience a Pinterest-worthy guesthouse in the heart of Santa Ynez. As seen in Forbes, guests love feeding sheep, goats, alpacas, and enjoying farm-fresh eggs & a gratis bottle of wine amidst the pastures & mountain views. Located in the quaint village of Ballard, just down the street from Los Olivos, Anavo Farm offers a private setting and a well-appointed cozy cottage with many outdoor areas to enjoy like cozy chairs and fire pit. Feels off the beaten path but amazingly close to everything.
The farm is just 30 min from Refugio Beach.

Remain under the guest's control at all times
Not be left alone at the property
Be housebroken / guest is responsible for cleaning up waste
Not be allowed on ANY furniture
Guests are liable for any damage caused by the service animal and that additional charges may apply. Please note that the floors are old, soft wood and so a larger dog running through the house could cause damage to the floors.

Please note: this property has just one queen bed, and one pull out coach that is a queen size a well. There are 2 XL twin beds in the window nooks. This property is ideal for just two people, no children. Thank you!
