This is a very adorable cottage right across the lake and beautiful views of the lake! A large inviting living room, porch with a view. Full kitchen and bathroom. Its a great place to get away for the weekend with your family! 2 private bedrooms and a spacious living room to relax and enjoy. Only 15 minutes from shopping, restaurants, movie theater and much more! In the middle of Marble Falls and Hill Country Galleria.

Great Stay!

Six adults stayed at the Lemonade Cottage and it worked out great. We didn't spend much time at the cottage except for morning gatherings and sleeping. It's in a great location. Wish it had a 2nd bathroom but we managed fine. I would stay again.

Perfect getaway

This cottage was just perfect for our family. We attended a wedding at Blissful Hill which was a 5 min walk to. Nice views and very clean. Central A/C worked fantastic . Perfect weekend getaway.

Location was perfect for our quick getaway! This house was perfect for our family and not far from where we needed to be. House was clean and offered everything we needed. The Property Manager was very easy to get a hold of and always responded quickly with my initial questions.

What makes this property unique

We have a boat ramp and a place to park your boat. Fishing pier available. There is a rental place very close that will deliver boats and jet skis.
