Make the most of your trip to Mammoth by renting Unit #143. This one bedroom - one bath condo (sleeps up to 4) is located close to the Jacuzzi, pool and recreation, game room. The unit has had a face lift with new furnishings and decor throughout along with hard surface flooring.

Location: close to the game room, hot spa, sauna and pool area.

Sleeping: Queen bed in the private bedroom, twin bunk beds in the alcove in the entry with a sleeper in the living room. (maximum guests 4)

Electronic: Flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom along with a DVD player in each.

Internet: free wi-fi available with your own network and password for your security.

Kitchen: The kitchen is open to the living room so you may enjoy your friends and family when cooking your meal. The kitchen is supplied with all your basic cooking and eating utensils.

Enjoy the ski locker at Canyon lodge, you may pick up a key and directions at the office. Don't haul your equipment back and forth!

Pets: This condo is pet friendly but must be pre-approved. A nightly pet fee will be applied.

This is definitely the mountain home for you!

Great little spot

This place had everything we needed, comfy beds (we only used the queen and bottom bunk), we didn't cook, but it had everything you'd need if you did. Location was perfect for skiing, I had back surgery so wasn't skiing and half the time I drove them straight up to Canyon and the other half they took the shuttle which stopped across the street. We

Nice spot in mammoth

Very nice stay, easy access to the slopes via the blue line stop right outside the condo. Host was great, very helpful and accommodating. The condo itself was decent but has some dated features.

The complex is convenient to Village 12 mins walk and Canyon 5 min car ride. Hot tub and Sauna were great. Close to condo. The condo is nice enough that I would stay there again. Parking was right outside the front door off the road.

The condo needs a lot of updating, a fresh paint job and a deep clean. It was clean enough but you could see dirt on baseboards and the carpet in the bedroom. For the total price I expected something updated and really clean. It was sufficient

Comfy Cozy Winter location

The condo location is excellent in the winter. In the summer, it would probably not be very private due to the proximity to the pool area and parking lot. However, in the winter, it was a great location, because there were no activities in those areas… Especially with the amount of snow buildup. The condo unit itself is small, but very comfortable for a couple or maybe with a couple of small children. The interior was clean… however, the overall condo is a bit long in the tooth, and there are aspects of the unit that are just old and need to be replaced (rugs, couch, throw pillows). The fireplace insert works well once it’s going… But it is a big pain in the —- to get started, especially without lots of good kindling. The media was quite a disappointment. The TV works fine, however, the universal remote did not have a guide function, the DVD player did not work (was probably not even hooked up correctly) and the Internet apps worked intermittently due to the poor Internet service. Just trying to leave enough honest information so you can decide what is important to you. Overall, we enjoyed the unit and location (which is walking distance to the Village).

Great location for access to the Village and Canyon Lodge at Mammoth

The preparation process was really thorough and helpful. Teri sent out very detailed instructions and everything was ready before we arrived. I told her that we might try to beat the coming storm and arrive earlier than the 4 PM check-in time and they were very accomodating for this request. Upon arrival, everything was all setup and I didn't have to go to the office at all. There's a key code for the door that allowed us to go straight to the condo. We brought a small dog with us and didn't have any issues. Since this was a ski trip, this unit had a locker in Canyon Lodge that proved quite useful. The day before we put our skis, poles, and boots in the locker and took the shuttle to and from the slopes. It was so nice not having to walk in ski boots, especially for the kids. The location is conveniently located between Canyon Lodge and The Village. It's a little closer to the Village, but its a short 10-15 min walk to either location. The condo is good for families with kids. There's a queen bed in the bedroom and 2 bunk beds connected to the living room area. Beds were firm and comfortable - coming from someone with back problems. The shower is great. Water pressure on the shower head was strong and very comfortable after a day of skiing. I recommend this location and will return again for future trips.

Nice place. Parking was so convenient. Would rent again. only suggestion is to put the unit number on the page that gets printed out. I know it was listed somewhere in the description but I had forgotten it. Just had to ask at office. Other than that it was great!
