Great time. Actual ski in out which is what we wanted. It is a little dated so if you are ritzy then maybe spend triple this place to stay this close.

Condos are located right next to Peak 8’s lifts and restaurants. The hot tub area was our favorite part of the place.

Just down the hallway to the hot tubs, ski lockers, and parking garage. For the non-skiers, you can watch your skiers from your balcony which was great !

This our second year at this property and it never disappoints. Perfect location to just pop off the slope, grab lunch and get back at it. The hot tub was the perfect way to end a long day and sooth those tired legs! Can't wait to go back.

Excellent Location!

This was a perfect location! Easy access to peak 8 lift and skiing. Enjoyed lunch back at the condo since it was so closely located to our favorite runs. Short walking distance to the gondola allowed us to venture into town easily at the end of the day. The property is also on the Gold bus route which meant we parked our car and didn't move it until the last day! Facilities were clean and we really enjoyed the whirlpool and sauna after a long day of skiing.

Amazing location , true ski in/out

Our family absolutely loved our stay. Location can’t be beat . Ski out your door down to the lifts of peak 8. Easily ski in from either peak 7 or peak 8 . Wonderful balcony to watch all the skiers go down the mountain . Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was nice and this unit is just a couple doors down from the ski locker , hot tubs, fitness area and sauna . If we make it back to Breckenridge in the future we will definitely stay here! We drove to town, but you can easily access town using the free Breck bus or gondola from the base of peak 8 which is a very short walk . Our only complaint is that some of the kitchen chairs were pretty wobbly and either need to be tightened or replaced in the near future. Overall our stay was amazing !

Great condo & location!

We loved our stay at this property. The parking garage easily fit our large SUV (Jeep Wagoneer). Ski in / ski out was perfect - right near two super chairs for Peak 8 and you can also traverse over to a couple smaller chairs for the beginner areas if needed. Loved having digital keypad for property entry and condo entry. The kitchen set up was really easy - just make the food and then hand it right over to folks eating. The table comfortably seats 8. This kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we've seen in a variety of VRBO stays. Tons of towels for bathrooms and hot tubs. Hot tubs were packed on one night - get to that area early if it is important to you. Loved that entry to condo has tons of hooks, a bench to take boots off, and is tiled so that you can pile up wet stuff and not track into the condo. Shared laundry - nice large area, bring quarters, dryers are massive. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Breck.

Which I would of been told of the Construction that started every day at 6:30am!!!!

The condo unit is very nice and had good views of the ski lift and run but we were never told of the construction that woke us up every morning at 6:30am from the building next door. It was never mentioned from the management company and if we would have known we would have never stayed there!!! So much for getting sleep on your vacation. I learned the construction has been going on for at least 5 months. No excuse!! Jeff

A little communication about this problem would have allowed me to address this problem. Noise is often times specific to each individual's tolerance, what is noisy to one, may not be noisy to another. We don't want anyone having a horrible stay and we make courtesy calls on the day after arrival to make sure everything is going smooth. Nothing was mentioned about the noise during the courtesy call. My apologies Jeffrey, if I had know you were having an uncomfortable stay, I could have moved you

Amazing views, amazing location

This was exactly what we needed, a home-based for our family ski trip. This is a true ski-on, ski-out with amazing views of peak 8 and the end of several runs. The ski locker is right down the hall from the condo. This is a ski condo with plenty of storage and an entry bench to pull off and store your boots. We skied in daily for lunch, then right back out to the slopes. The hot tubs overlooking the ski runs were a cool bonus! We also loved the evening drive to town for dinner, so picturesque! We would stay again for another family ski trip.

We have never skied in late April. Amazing weather and the skiing was great for this time of year. Perfect location and Karla (manager) is amazing. She was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if coming to Breckenridge.

We enjoyed the ski in ski out convenience so much! The property maintained well! This unit comfortable and stocked well, sheets and towels nice! The only drawback was no shuttle service to Skiwatch, but parking downtown was not a problem. The view amazing from the balcony, watching the lifts, and skiers, the super pipe and the daredevils on the terrain park! Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The Condo had a very well stocked kitchen and extras such as spices for cooking. Our only complaint would be that the condo needs updating. The carpet, mattresses, and bedding need to be replaced. I would research more next time and pick a unit that has been updated at Ski Watch Condos.

True Ski In/Ski Out on Breck Peak 8

We had two families that stayed in SkiWatch 211 and we were very happy with the condo! First of all, places advertise that they are ski in/ski out but this absolutely is one of the best we have experienced. This condo is on the 2nd floor and you are able to park your car right in the covered garage and go right thru the door to the ski lockers and the condo without climbing one step. It is wonderful!! We were able to unload and load our cars quickly upon arrival and departure. Leaving the condo in the morning, grabbing our skis in the huge ski locker, and jumping right on the mountain made this condo one of the most convenient places we have ever stayed to ski at Breck. The condo is cozy and warm (we never had to turn on the heat, just the fireplace), and equipped with all the kitchen items you could need including a Crock Pot. The only thing we brought was a waffle iron for the kiddos in the mornings. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's with Dish (lots of channels). The televisions aren't large by any means but they work and we didn't have much time to watch much TV anyway. Condo has a great view of the base at Peak 8 from all windows and the large patio. The bathrooms were updated nicely with plenty of towels and even Tommy Bahama emollients, which was a nice touch upon arrival. There are two beds in each room and a pull out sofa in the living room. The pull out sofa was the most comfortable bed in the condo. The 4 mattresses/bedding in the bedrooms could absolutely stand to be replaced. The beds sunk in the middle and the comforters and sheets are pretty old and need to be replaced. After skiing all day, a comfy bed is of utmost importance!!! There are plenty of areas in the space for boots, jackets, helmets, etc and lots of hooks in the bedrooms to hang clothes, etc. There are two large dressers in each room for storage and lots of cabinets in the bathrooms. The SkiWatch building itself is quiet and not too large and the hot tub is located right in the ski/in ski/out area which is great for watching the skiers come down the mountain. There are benches and tables where you can also sit to greet the skiers or to have an Apris Ski beverage which is really nice. There is a washer and dryer area which is NOT in the condo. If you want to do laundry it ranges from $1.75 to $2.00 per load so bring your quarters. We would highly recommend 211 and would absolutely stay there again once the beds were upgraded.
