House located at the entrance of the city of Olímpia (Natal Breda Highway) quiet neighborhood near the center. New house with two bedrooms, integrated kitchen, living room, laundry, bathroom and a toilet, garage for three cars barbecue and automatic gate. Two kilometers from Thermas dos Laranjais Park and four kilometers from Hot Beach. House with all necessary utensils.
